Very good typical Apulian cuisine, the interior setting is lovely, we didn't try the small terrace because the weather was still cool.

The food is exceptional, the clam pasta 😱 and the pork cheeks incredible. The service is also excellent; the two brothers are efficient. Too efficient, they forget to take a break between courses 😂 Very good wine list and more than reasonable prices. I highly recommend it. The restaurant's setting is magnificent. And the tiramisu, made to order, is incredible. Go without hesitation. Menu available in several languages ​​via your phone.

The restaurant is located near the Castro marina. You can dine both inside and out. The interior is very quaint, made almost entirely of stone. Speaking of which, you might find some tiny pieces (like grains of sand) of the stone falling from the ceiling on the table. The ambiance is very charming, especially for romantic lunches or dinners. The menu is primarily fish-based, with a few meat dishes. The menu isn't very long, which is a good thing. The dishes we ordered (first and second courses) were all of excellent quality, made with excellent ingredients. The only flaw was the lack of salt in all the dishes. In this case, it's better than the opposite. The desserts are good. The service is courteous and quick. Prices are a bit high, but they're now in line with most restaurants.

Lovely restaurant, great food and really nice staff. The seafood salad and octopus with fava beans were fantastic, the hake and tuna were just as good. The Tiramisu was slightly deconstructed and a highlight for me. Definitely worth a visit.

We enjoyed an excellent meal at this seafood restaurant. The octopus was perfectly cooked – tender and full of flavor. The tuna was also impressive, boasting top quality and freshness. The burrata was creamy and harmonized beautifully with the sauce. The burrata ravioli with shrimp tartare was an absolute highlight: delicate, elegant, and perfectly balanced in flavor. We also had a wonderful local wine. Everything was truly excellent. A restaurant we can wholeheartedly recommend.

Trattoria I Corsari

04/05/2026: I went there for lunch for the first time with friends and family on Sunday, May 3, 2026. We were welcomed into a welcoming atmosphere and immediately felt at home. When the dishes arrived, we were delighted: I had seafood linguine, fried fish, and almond cake. I would recommend everything because everything was so fresh (for example, the fried shrimp peeled easily) and the portions were generous. What can I say: we'll be back! Highly recommended.
03/05/2026: A unique, simple, and peaceful spot away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The restaurant is located inside an old building with high ceilings. It stands very close to a former tobacco factory, closed at the end of Mussolini's reign: the village was created because of (or thanks to) this factory. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The menu, translated into French, is available online, and the dishes are photographed. Note that the lemon sorbet is not actually a sorbet but a lemon cream. We were lucky enough to try (and thoroughly enjoyed) a homemade local digestif made with wild fennel. We highly recommend this place!
