OK wow wow wow, what an amazing place! This is a winery, and you’re actually sitting right in the vineyard. The highlight is definitely the wine it’s absolutely amazing, and we’re actually going to order a whole case to ship back home! They welcome you with a complimentary glass of wine, served with their own olive oil and tomato sauce. The food was so good, everything was so refined, perfectly cooked, and absolutely delicious. Such a romantic atmosphere. Definitely a must!

From the moment you arrive, the place conveys a feeling rarely found even in highly prestigious establishments. Surrounded by vineyards as far as the eye can see, the restaurant opens onto a terrace covered by an elegant porch, offering views of the most beautiful agricultural landscape in Puglia. Reed blinds filter the Mediterranean light, creating a welcoming and refined atmosphere, while the constant chirping of crickets accompanies the meal like a natural soundtrack, inviting you to slow down and savor the experience. The service is simply impeccable. Warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly, it achieves something very few restaurants manage: making diners feel at home from the very first minute, without sacrificing an ounce of professionalism. The experience begins with a memorable bread service. House-made bread with a perfect crust and aromatic crumb, accompanied by a top-quality local olive oil that already hints at the restaurant's commitment to the product. But the real surprise comes with an exceptional homemade focaccia, even more memorable than the bread itself, served with a delicate tomato accompaniment so that each diner can adjust the balance to their liking. All of this is accompanied by a glass of the estate's white wine: fresh, elegant, fruity, and very easy to drink, perfect for whetting the appetite while enjoying the views over the vineyards. Among the starters, a steak tartare stands out, executed with precision and personality. The meat, hand-cut with an impeccable texture, is presented with anchovies, a highly sophisticated butter, extra virgin olive oil, and whole-grain mustard that adds depth and character without overpowering the main ingredient. A dish of remarkable balance and great technical refinement. The main course maintains this level of excellence. The perfectly executed pasta is accompanied by delicately prepared squid, enveloped in an exceptionally rich, creamy sauce, illuminated by an elegant touch of citrus. Green bean sprouts add vegetal freshness and complexity to a dish that demonstrates culinary sensitivity and a deep understanding of Mediterranean produce. The desserts confirm the strength of the menu. A superb, balanced, and elegant tiramisu provides the sweet finale before giving way to a small selection of cheeses, ideal for lingering over the meal alongside the magnificent Pietra Nera from the region, a wine with personality and character that perfectly encapsulates the terroir surrounding the restaurant. The most admirable aspect of Orígano Ostería is its ability to combine two seemingly opposing worlds. On the one hand, the technique, precision, and culinary level are perfectly comparable to those of many restaurants distinguished by the Michelin Guide. On the other, it maintains an undiminished sense of warmth, authenticity, and comfort, allowing each dish to be enjoyed without solemnity or artifice. Orígano Ostería doesn't aim to impress; it achieves something far more difficult: it moves you. Outstanding cuisine, a privileged setting, exemplary hospitality, and an atmosphere that makes you want to stay forever. A practically perfect gastronomic experience. Rating: 10/10. One of those restaurants that alone justifies a trip to Puglia.

Osteria is a bit of an understatement, but the dishes are truly excellent, with great attention to detail. I really enjoyed the appetizers. Their wines were truly perfect. Excellent value for money. Well done, guys, keep it up! I have a new favorite restaurant for my Puglia vacation.

Beautiful place tucked off of semi-main road. Very elegant. Food at lunch was okay, nothing special.

We loved every bit of the evening! The setting in the vineyard is magical. Unlike in some other places, the staff was very professional here and most welcoming. We were seated right away and got both bread and wine on the house. The food is delicious and every plate is made with a lot of attention. We didn't know it has a Michelin star (2025) but they clearly deserve this. We will order some of their wines when we get home as well. Necessary to book your table upfront.

The restaurant is beautiful, meticulously crafted, and immersed in a unique atmosphere thanks to the stunning vineyard surrounding the osteria, a true gem that makes the experience even more special. Special praise also goes to the staff, always kind, professional, and attentive to every need. Their hospitality helps make every guest feel truly pampered. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to experience a moment of taste, beauty, and authenticity.

Absolutely lovely place! We did a wine tasting here, the staff are so helpful and the decor is lovely, clean and modern. The food was absolutely incredible! Worth a visit!
