10/05/2026: We had a wonderful experience at Masseria Li Monaci. The property is simply enchanting: every space is meticulously designed, with an authentic atmosphere that breathes true Salento in every corner. From the tranquility of the masseria to the immaculately maintained outdoor spaces, everything exudes warmth, elegance, and tradition. The cuisine was one of the things we appreciated most: authentic dishes, prepared with fresh ingredients and authentic local flavors. Each course reflects the passion and love for Salento cuisine, with flavors that are both authentic and refined. A special thanks also goes to all the staff, always smiling, helpful, and attentive to every need. The owner is truly kind and welcoming, making guests feel at home from the very first moment. We absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience the most authentic Salento, combining relaxation, excellent food, and impeccable hospitality. We'll definitely be back!

12/02/2026: The staff were very welcoming and courteous. The entire property displays great care and attention to detail. The suite with a pool is simply stunning, as well as very quaint. Even though it wasn't high season, our stay was still very pleasant, and the property is in top form. Plus, it boasts an excellent sea view. Definitely not to be missed if you're near Otranto.

16/08/2026: We booked at 9 PM, but we were a little late, but I didn't think that would get us the sandwiches at 11 PM. They took our order around 10 PM, even though I tried to call the staff. They brought us the fries right away (which got cold) and the drinks (which warmed up right away). My seat is right next to the cash register, and every now and then I got my butt pushed by people paying. I don't think I'll be back.

11/08/2026: I had dinner with my partner. The outdoor setting was very pleasant thanks to the lighting and well-maintained greenery. The quality and authentic traditional cuisine was excellent, with grilled meats being truly excellent. I found the prices fair for the menu and the inland area. The service was a sore point. Only one waiter for the entire outdoor area. Among other things, he would disappear into the restaurant every now and then. Thankfully, a young woman would occasionally emerge from the kitchen to assist him; she was very knowledgeable and, above all, kept an eye on the tables and the progress of the service. I agree with other reviews I read before booking: there was often a lot of noise and possibly insults coming from the kitchen (towards the waiter?). Overall, a good experience, recommended.
