12/07/2026: A simply indescribable experience, the best I've ever had at a sushi restaurant! I visited this à la carte sushi restaurant and was speechless: every dish was exceptional, the portions were generous, and the food was prepared with the freshest ingredients and of truly extraordinary quality. But what made this evening truly special was the service. The staff was impeccable: kind, smiling, and always attentive to every detail. Special thanks go to the owner, a rare kind person. I requested so many special requests and we were treated wonderfully, with a professionalism and attention I'd never experienced elsewhere. It's rare to feel so pampered and welcomed. My sincere compliments to the entire staff for the passion and love you put into your work. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience.

03/05/2026: I've only tried the restaurant, honestly, but I have to say I was surprised and more than satisfied. The fish was incredibly fresh, even brought to the table so you could choose what you wanted. Everything was fresh and delicious, from the raw fish to the main courses. I'll definitely be back to see what else they have to offer.

04/04/2026: Bel Ami is a sure thing, especially for business lunches. The chef, an exceptional host, always knows how to put our guests at ease and pamper them. The fish is incredibly fresh and the wine list is top-notch. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. Their artisanal gelato at the end of the meal is absolutely not to be missed. An excellent address in the heart of Maglie. Highly recommended.

06/12/2025: The atmosphere is welcoming and typically Salento. A large, warm fireplace was much appreciated. We were there for a birthday dinner. Everyone ordered different dishes, but everyone was satisfied. Definitely a recommended place, and I plan to return.

06/05/2026: They make the best crepes in Lecce. The crust is delicious and soft, and the Nutella is generous. The prices are disappointing; €4 seems excessive to me. Shortly thereafter, they went from €3.00 to €3.50, and finally €4.00.

17/07/2026: We were on our way to the beach and stopped to buy something by chance. The Tarallini are the best, and the bread with black olives is delicious! We'll definitely be back. The service was impeccable, surely thanks to the owner.
