21/09/2024: Terrible, strongly not recommended. We started well with the tasting of the appetizer for 2 people with only the burnt mussels au gratin and the fried wooden squid, after the massacre of the second courses, an octopus with potatoes for only 18.00 euros, octopus not received, I took a squid with baked potatoes with two hairs on the side. We pointed out the problem to the staff and they replied that after the DNA test done in the kitchen on the hair, it was impossible that they were staff. We paid the bill with a 3.00 euro discount. Never again, scandalous!!!

20/08/2024: the food is good and the guys who work there are very kind. the location is nice being in a similar garden. the only flaw was that we expected to find much more fish on the menu, considering the photos found on the internet, but instead there were only two fish courses...

14/11/2024: Scam in sight. We had 3 watery martinis and a beer, what would be our surprise when they charged us at Monaco prices!!!!!6 euros each Martini!! And what a coincidence, when we commented that it was very expensive the pirate told us, Sorry, the cashier Hayyyy. .. sorry, I was confronting it with the waiters and they reduced us by 6 euros... What a scam, we are tourists but not fools... We will never return,

10/11/2024: We sit outside for 2 pasticciotti, a Leccese, a barley cappuccino... the waiter writes half an hour and then gets the order wrong... inefficient service and sky-high prices... we walked around the area for a month and always found much better... we won't stop at this café again... September 2024.

29/08/2024: Everyone talked to me about casa Martino, unfortunately they had been there two years before, yes because the management has changed and forget about casa Tu martino what was it called before! Cold appetizers, parmigiana from the fridge, small appetizers and not worthy of the price on the menu. The dirty starter plates were cleared for us when the first courses were ready, oh yes the first courses...sitting at the table from 9.35pm, they were served at 10.50pm with apologies for goodness' sake, but together with the wine which arrived at mid evening. Completely forgotten in a corner looking for the non-existent service, we thought they had all fled to who knows where. The tables that arrived after us ate first, we couldn't understand anything. We arrive at the highlight of the evening because it was my birthday, I choose a bottle of sparkling wine, I am told after ten minutes that there is none, I am offered another without looking on the menu but trusting the waiter who had the face of most expensive bottle and that's okay it was my birthday! I remove the paper, unscrew the wrapping on the cap and the waiter arrives saying sorry, it's the wrong bottle, wait and takes it out of my hands, preventing me from understanding anything but above all while I was celebrating my birthday at midnight. The only appreciation goes to the fact that they made at least the dog drink. For the rest, no apologies from the supposed manager or manager but only from waiters who were certainly busy for the day, indeed a very high bill for the quantity of dishes, hot bottle of sparkling wine, I am shyly given a discount voucher and with the justification this can be spend in other restaurants in the group. Thank you, if this is the treatment I will never return.

27/10/2024: Sono andata a cenare in questo ristorante dopo aver letto le diverse recensioni mediamente positive (4/5 su Google e 3,5 qui) che sinceramente non so come sia possibile. I roll si sfaldavano completamente facendo cadere tutto quello che c’era all’ interno, gli udon immangiabili , e su alcuni pezzi il salmone non aveva un buonissimo odore. L’unica nota positiva erano le polpette di polpo. Non lo consiglio proprio

01/09/2024: All you can eat molto buono e saporito. Unica pecca tutte le pietanze arrivano insieme e non in ordine. Sarebbe più carino se portassero prima gli antipasti, poi i primi ecc ecc. Locale elegante e carino, sistemato davvero bene. Buon servizio.

17/12/2024: Food's good, coffee is quite decent. Found the service when picking up to be a bit lacking. Was directed to some shelves to pick up an order. Checked, nothing there in my name, so I waited. And waited and waited, while plenty of other folks came in and picked up their orders. Eventually one of the staff members asked me my name for the order. It had just been sitting there on the counter, out of sight of customers for who knows how long. Pretty annoying, though the staff member did apologize it did little to ameliorate my frustration. Sandwich and baked goods were good though.

28/09/2024: Fantástico restaurante de mariscos, ubicación incomparable. Comimos aquí dos veces, almuerzo y cena. Almuerzo que tuvimos en la muralla de la ciudad, con vistas al mar - la comida llega a través de una ventana en la pared! Y qué comida era. El carpaccio de langostinos era soberbio al igual que el tártaro de atún. Los bottones están rellenos de mousse de mariscos y vienen con mariscos en la salsa a base de tomate, y mi esposa tenía un excelente pez espada a la parrilla. Repetimos algunos de los platos para la cena del día siguiente (cuando elegimos comer dentro). La comida era excelente en ambas ocasiones - recomendado!

04/09/2024: Nel frattempo che ci dirigevamo al mare a Porto Badisco, abbiamo deciso di fare la pausa pranzo in questa trattoria. La trattoria dispone di diverse sale ubicate su due piani. Arrivati a pranzo con prenotazione fatta nella stessa mattinata il cameriere ci fa accomodare nella sala superiore su una terrazza con vista mare. La trattoria già era zeppa di gente, sui tavoli c’erano delle tovaglie di carta peccato che c’era un po di vento e a volte si alzava dal tavolo, i tavoli necessitavano almeno di ferma tovaglie. Letto il menu decidiamo di ordinare come antipasto una zuppa di cozze e un piatto di crudi di mare l’ultimo comprendeva cozze, ostriche, fasolari e vongole, poi come primo uno spaghetto alle vongole e uno spaghetto vongole e cozze. Un punto a favore va al cameriere visto che all’inizio avevamo chiesto come antipasto al posto della zuppa di cozze delle cozze pelose e lui con molta professionalità e correttezza ci dice che visto l’eccessivo caldo le cozze pelose non erano disponibili visto che erano morte e quindi non vendibili al cliente. Gli antipasti sia crudo che zuppa di cozze eccezionali, anche i primi erano davvero buoni. Qualità e preparazione davvero eccellenti, il tutto accompagnato da calici di vino bianco locale. Il servizio è stato ottimo, i ragazzi in sala sono professionali e cortesi. I prezzi sono davvero buoni rispetto alla media. Ci ritornerò sicuramente

28/08/2024: Fermati di passaggio, poi ci siamo tornati, posto sul mare molto semplice ma piatti di crudo buonissimo, semplici ma pesce freschissimo e consigliato, assolutamente. Prezzi onesti.

06/09/2024: Da originario del posto sono tornato a mangiare in questo locale. Cibo locale e non solo, molto apprezzato e vario: dalle pizze ( anche gourmet) alla cucina tipica, tutto molto buono. Staff gentilissimo capitanato dal grande Gino! Consigliatisdimo!

30/12/2024: Saturday evening, January 28th. We were recommended by friends to try this pizzeria and, intrigued, I decided to book for 9pm (there were four of us). Upon calling I was told that reservations are only made for "half hours". Not being able to arrive at 8.30pm, I was "exceptionally" allowed to book for 8.45pm. Arriving at 8.45pm, we were greeted by a kind and smiling lady, who seated us at a table of four. The space available was rather limited, and with the addition of the dishes it became even more so, but given the number of people in the place, it is understandable. Service and waiting times: We ordered water and drinks: a beer and a draft Coca-Cola. Unfortunately, the Coke was completely out of gas, but it was promptly replaced with a can (thanks to the always kind staff). We ordered the pizzas at 9pm, but they only arrived at 10.15pm. This made it clear that all the urgency to book for 8.30pm, presumably to free up tables for a second shift at 9.30pm, was unfounded. Food quality: The chicken with potatoes ordered by a friend of mine had, according to him, a "slightly strange" smell and taste, which he tried to mask with lemon. As for the pizzas: A pizza ordered at the table included porcini mushrooms and sausage, but instead of just porcini mushrooms there were mixed mushrooms (including honey mushrooms). This detail was not indicated in the menu, which may represent a problem for allergy sufferers (even if the menu specifies that any allergies must be reported before ordering) but in any case it would be more correct to specify "mixed mushrooms" in the description. I liked mine, with pumpkin cream, porcini mushrooms (but they were also my mixed ones). The dough was good and well leavened. A colleague of mine didn't like his pizza and expressed his disappointment with a negative review immediately afterwards. Dessert: We ordered two cheesecakes, one with caramel and one with pistachio cream (mine). Unfortunately, both were disappointing. The cream cheese was tasteless, and the only perceptible sweetness came from the topping (in my case, the pistachio cream). I've tried much higher quality cheesecake elsewhere. Note on "gourmet": Even though it says "gourmet", the choice of products seemed average to me. I didn't perceive any particular attention to quality compared to pizzerias that don't boast this term on the menu. However, the pizzas were plentiful, with generous ingredients, and that's a plus. As for the prices, I consider them adequate: an 11 euro pizza in a restaurant does not seem excessive to me, contrary to what other reviews claim. An unpleasant incident: I would have liked to give three stars, but one episode unfortunately compromised the experience. After my colleague posted a bad review, I received a private message on WhatsApp with a laughing emoji. At first I didn't understand who it was, but it was clear from the next message ("Thank you for your review") that it was from the restaurant. I find this behavior inappropriate and annoying. I understand the comment under a review, but sending a private message to a customer's number is a violation of privacy and could result in legal consequences (although I will not take any action on the matter). Conclusion: The experience, with its ups and downs, was not memorable. The staff at the service were kind, but the private message episode negatively influenced my opinion. I leave two stars.
