08/02/2026: Pizzeria right off Piazza Santo Oronzo, in true Neapolitan style and flavor. A very beautiful and characteristic place with both indoor and outdoor seating. Very friendly staff, attentive to every need. The pizzas are excellent, and the service is quick. The only flaw, in my opinion, is the price of a portion of fittini, €10.50, which seems excessive. The homemade ones are okay, but they consisted of 10 pieces at most (panzerotti, arancini-style meatballs, and pasta frittatas). Pizza prices are normal.

29/01/2026: A very nice place practically in Piazza Sant'Oronzo. The pizzas and desserts are very good, although one pizza was a bit burnt (it can happen). The service is friendly and attentive. Prices are a bit high, but we're right in the center.

30/09/2025: Beautiful beach, well-equipped and well-maintained, where you can have lunch or dinner with excellent dishes while enjoying a breathtaking view, with knowledgeable and friendly staff... I recommend it.

27/06/2026: Every trip we make to Salento and Lecce includes several visits to Trattoria Da Rosario in Cavallino. Visiting this generational family run Trattoria has become a tradition for us. The food is absolutely outstanding, with authentic, home-cooked Salento cuisine made using fresh local ingredients. Every dish is full of flavour and beautifully prepared. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming and genuinely Italian, making every visit a pleasure. If you’re looking for a true taste of real Salento, this is the place to come. A special mention also, to Andrea who has always been most kind and helpful to us. Explaining what certain translations meant in the local dialect and recommending local delicacies. We’ve returned year after year, and it has never disappointed. Without doubt one of our favourite restaurants in Salento. Very highly recommended!

17/05/2026: The food was unfortunately not good. The pizza had no flavor, and the meat was tough and had no aroma. The entrecote wasn't even an entrecote, but just another piece of meat. I won't be coming back. It's a shame, because the rest of the restaurant would actually be fine.

12/10/2025: A regular stop on my bike rides. The staff is always friendly and cheerful; the coffee and pastries are excellent. The view from the dining room is always pleasant. I recommend Bar Centrale in Tavoleto.

23/03/2026: Lecce's historic bar offers a wide variety of fresh sweet and savory treats, open all day. The pasticciotti are especially worth trying; they come in many varieties. The staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous.

17/03/2026: The rustici are awful. I stopped in this morning craving a rustico and expecting a good portion, but instead, I was completely disappointed. Inside, a medallion of just mozzarella and a little tomato, each bite a chunk of soft rubber. But I say, béchamel sauce, they don't use it anymore!

13/06/2026: The best fusion cuisine in Salento...the tartare, the tempura, the raw ingredients in every dish are spectacular, and they even make a delicious pie. The price is absolutely fair for what you get. Thank you!

29/05/2026: I've only tried the Japanese portion of the menu, so I can't comment on the Thai offerings. I should point out that I'm not a chef, but I've visited Japan three times and enjoy comparing what I taste with the experiences I've gained during those trips. Among the dishes I particularly enjoyed, I'd highlight the wild salmon tartare and the purple shrimp, both truly delicious and well-executed. Otherwise, I wasn't entirely impressed with some of the details. The seaweed in the rolls didn't seem particularly crispy, and the wasabi didn't strike me as high-quality. I also didn't appreciate the fact that soy sauce is charged separately, which, in my opinion, is a fundamental accompaniment to Japanese cuisine. In this regard, I'd appreciate greater transparency with customers: in our case, the soy sauce refill was offered directly by the staff without any mention of the additional cost. We're talking about a modest sum (1 euro), so it's certainly not a question of cost, but I would have appreciated being informed in advance for the sake of clarity and fairness towards the customer. I also found the use of Philadelphia cheese in some dishes questionable: it's a choice I personally associate more with Westernized Japanese cuisine or an all-you-can-eat option than with a restaurant aiming for a superior dining experience. I would, however, like to highlight the courtesy and helpfulness of the dining room staff, who were kind and professional throughout the dinner. Overall, while I recognized some of the dishes as good, I didn't feel the quality-price ratio justified the expense. Considering the price level, I would have expected greater attention to detail and ingredients that would make a greater difference. This is, of course, just my personal experience, and I share it with respect and without any intention of controversy. I believe that opinions, whether positive or negative, can be helpful when expressed constructively.

08/06/2026: A magnificent place for both the view and the food. If I had to give one piece of advice, it would be to bring mosquito spray. Even though the property has placed dozens of citronella candles, the mosquitoes are truly annoying!
