05/04/2026: Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish.
The location is great and very pleasant, with plenty of natural light and a top-tier terrace right in front of the sea.
The service was more than pleasant; the person who took care of us was incredibly kind and cheerful, making us feel right at home.
The food was all delicious. The seafood pasta was excellent, and the fresh fish was just as good.
I recommend this place 100%; it's a must-visit!

We entered and were greeted by a kind, friendly, and very sweet lady, who is 88 years old, and her 90-year-old husband, who is still working with the dough... excellent, artisanal, and well-filled desserts, because taste is not just pleasing to the eye... a place full of all kinds of sweets, with a lot of Salento tradition... I ordered two mixed trays of pastries and made a great impression at home in Brindisi... I highly recommend this pastry shop and the very sweet owners... 14/02/2026: I haven't lived in Lecce for 24 years, and I don't know how I've never seen this pastry shop. Maybe because from the outside it looks more like a bar. I don't know. In any case, just walking past yesterday, I was struck by a wonderful aroma. It reminded me of the sweets my grandfather used to make, as he had a bakery back then. And indeed, here you'll find a wonderful couple who have been baking typical Salento sweets for about 60 years, prepared in the workshop right behind the sales area. I love these places that maintain a vintage feel, the pastry shop of yesteryear with traditional desserts that I've found delicious. So, whether you're visiting from out of town or even Lecce residents like me, come on over!

06/04/2026: We waited 30 minutes without being served, even though table service is supposed to be good (I asked). What's more, the servers forget the table order and serve just anyone. Absolutely terrible.
19/03/2026: A really lovely little café! The decor is original and the atmosphere very friendly. The coffee is good and there's a wide selection of pastries of all kinds. I went back two days in a row, with great pleasure :)

03/08/2025: Intrigued by the aesthetics, we decided to try the hotel restaurant for the first time. It was a pleasant surprise, from the excellent appetizers to the first courses and dessert. The ingredients were excellent, and each dish had a unique flavor. Compliments to the chef and all the staff who welcomed us with utmost hospitality!!!

Tout le monde a été ravi !
Félicitations au chef pour la qualité de ses mets, J'avais choisi le tataki de thon qui était délicieux.
La présentation des plats est raffinée.
Le serveur a été très aimable et souriant. Pour ne rien gâcher, il parfait français, ce qui a facilité nos choix.

Shameful and embarrassing experience.
I had ordered a cake days before for a special birthday: 50, not an impromptu party. I arrived at the pastry shop and immediately realized they had almost no idea what I had ordered. Total confusion, blank stares, as if I were talking about something completely new.
The result? A ridiculous cake, clearly made in a hurry, without care, attention, or respect. One of those things that only makes you want to hide it, not bring it to the table in front of the guests. I made a fool of myself.
This isn't a small mistake, but a total lack of professionalism, organization, and respect for the customer.

24/01/2026: Coffee bar in Torre Vado, with kitchen and outdoor seating. Very good and fresh seafood salad (we were there in September 2025). Good puccia, friendly and courteous service. We hope to visit them again!
20/01/2026: But how can they continue to work? Selling shoddy products.
A doughnut that's considered freshly baked, but it's at least a day old. (I'm attaching a photo.)
But how do we expect tourists to return if we, the locals, are offered this shoddy service?

27/12/2025: Good pizzeria ! The dough is perfect and they have all italian classics on their menu. The service was ok, only downside were the knives, not ideal for a pizza. But all in all a good address.
