17/07/2026: We were on our way to the beach and stopped to buy something by chance. The Tarallini are the best, and the bread with black olives is delicious! We'll definitely be back. The service was impeccable, surely thanks to the owner.

The most important thing is the hospitality, you immediately feel at home and at ease, and it is the most important if you add to this that everything is delicious, excellent, from the sandwiches to the pucce to their fried foods, their rotisserie, the calzones, for me, are the best in the area, but not only that, also mignon ice creams, spumoni, cakes.... a place with great potential, truly congratulations said by a person who knows this job and who notices the smallest details when he goes out in the places... well done

13/05/2026: Interesting discovery. Good food at reasonable prices. You can reheat in the microwave if you like. You have access to the dining room with two TVs. Good privacy. Clean bathroom. Sorry if that's not enough! I'd gladly return if I'm back in the area.

12/08/2026: Excellent restaurant in beautiful Lecce, we dined outside preferring the view of the amphitheater to the air conditioning inside, excellent raw fish with explanation of the salts by the maître Antonio, always smiling and never intrusive, who also recommended a Negramaro rosé that paired well with the dish, the grilled octopus and the ceviche also left us satisfied, spectacular bread and to finish, homemade desserts, compliments for the professionalism.
11/08/2026: Drawn by the desire to eat seafood "with style," we chose this restaurant in the heart of Lecce.
The location is meticulously maintained, the service excellent, and the food, expertly cooked and presented, is even more excellent.

04/01/2026: I don't usually leave reviews, but this one deserves it. We went to this restaurant and the experience was impeccable from start to finish. We tried typical dishes such as sautéed chicory, croquettes, ciceri e tria, tagliatelle with Scottona sauce, which were exquisite, and to finish, a giant cream puff with a truly delicious cream. The staff was very kind. The quality-price ratio was excellent. If we ever find ourselves in Lecce again, we will definitely be back!

Ares was treated like a true prince: attention, care, and a kindness that is not at all expected. We were surprised to find such a welcoming and attentive environment, even for our four-legged friends.

31/07/2026: We spontaneously looked for a table for four and were very helpful here. Despite the festivities in the small town, we got a table. Incredibly delicious pizza (including white pizza without tomato sauce), delicious house wine, and excellent value for money. Grazie 🙏 The waitress was practically single-handedly managing all of us, but she handled everything perfectly. 👌

21/10/2025: I'd give the food 10 stars, the same goes for the service, but for the
ambience, one star is a lot, even if the
location isn't the best, but cats between customers' legs while eating are out of the question in 2025, at least for hygiene reasons. It's a shame about this feline freedom; otherwise, everything else is excellent. Congratulations.
I hope this serves as a suggestion.

15/08/2026: I made a reservation not at The Fork for August 15th at 10:00 PM. I showed up at Don Fausto at the time indicated on the reservation, but not only did they not have a reservation, they told me the place was full and they wouldn't be able to seat me for at least half an hour. Obviously, I pointed out that this wasn't legal because they weren't honoring their agreement with The Fork and should have blocked reservations and not allowed bookings made through the app. Very unfair.

22/08/2026: Excellent restaurant, we'll definitely be back. Prices are excellent, the first courses are good but could be improved, the fried foods and desserts are superb, but above all, the service is fast and delightful, courtesy of the waiter Alessandro, a hard worker to be reckoned with, extremely talented and friendly, not at all intrusive, and very friendly with the little ones.
We'll definitely be back for the pizzas!
