07/05/2026: It was a terrible experience for one simple reason: the gentleman at the cash register has an unwelcoming attitude; he simply struggles to please customers. I don't think that's how you work. We need to invest in our staff, employing people who are polite and know how to be kind to customers. I'm disappointed because it's not the first time I've eaten at this pizzeria, and I was surprised by this attitude.

24/05/2026: I went to meet my friend Bartolo, who owns the accommodation with his sister Teresa. I might seem biased given our friendship, but I'm not. I can assure you that this agriturismo, nestled in the greenery and fragrant Mediterranean scrub, is truly exceptional. I listened to the soothing silence, inhaled the aromas, savored the lovingly prepared breakfast, and appreciated the old underground olive oil mill, a gathering place and a place for enjoyment. We entered and were greeted by a kind, friendly, and very sweet lady, who is 88 years old, and her 90-year-old husband, who is still working with the dough... excellent, artisanal, and well-filled desserts, because taste is not just pleasing to the eye... a place full of all kinds of sweets, with a lot of Salento tradition... I ordered two mixed trays of pastries and made a great impression at home in Brindisi... I highly recommend this pastry shop and the very sweet owners... 14/02/2026: I haven't lived in Lecce for 24 years, and I don't know how I've never seen this pastry shop. Maybe because from the outside it looks more like a bar. I don't know. In any case, just walking past yesterday, I was struck by a wonderful aroma. It reminded me of the sweets my grandfather used to make, as he had a bakery back then. And indeed, here you'll find a wonderful couple who have been baking typical Salento sweets for about 60 years, prepared in the workshop right behind the sales area. I love these places that maintain a vintage feel, the pastry shop of yesteryear with traditional desserts that I've found delicious. So, whether you're visiting from out of town or even Lecce residents like me, come on over!

30/09/2025: Beautiful beach, well-equipped and well-maintained, where you can have lunch or dinner with excellent dishes while enjoying a breathtaking view, with knowledgeable and friendly staff... I recommend it.

Because greetings are important, greetings are part of the welcome and respect shown in a place where someone chooses to go, to consume, and to advertise well... You can make a good pastry shop, but if the OWNER doesn't welcome you, I'll go elsewhere. NB: Professional and respectful employees!!!!!

02/05/2026: We went in to make a reservation, they told us there was no room, then they told us to wait because there was a table at the Amari. We said we were outside in the park, and every now and then we went to check on the table, and they still told us to wait. After more than half an hour, we went in and found it free. They told us that the table we had reserved belonged to another group of 8. Moral of the story, they rudely kicked us out with 6 hungry children, when they could have warned us at the beginning that there was no option for dinner there. There is no organization, much less communication between colleagues. A shame because the location is gorgeous, but the staff is rude. A total disappointment because let's remember that attentive staff, among many other things, is the key to a good restaurant. We were truly disappointed, especially for the children.

11/07/2026: Terrible. Ordered on Deliveroo because it had a 30-minute wait, making it preferred to other places. Delivery is untraceable because it's handled directly by the pizzeria. Delivery was an hour late, 1.5 hours after ordering, only after a phone call. I was told to be patient because it's Saturday. This isn't something I should be concerned about, but rather the restaurant's management. My payment was completed promptly. If you can't do something, you shouldn't do it. Setting the wait time to 30 minutes is incorrect.

13/07/2026: Birthday lunch with friends: a tried-and-tested place where the service is always excellent, along with helpful and friendly service. SUPER PLENTY of food, with second helpings—no need to ask. MUST TRY

12/07/2026: We booked a picnic, but due to bad weather, it was held on the veranda, so our review can't be complete because the food wasn't brought to the outdoor tables in baskets. It was more of an aperitif. We booked a vegetarian and a regular menu, but when they brought it to our table together, it wasn't clear which was mine and which was my partner's. The portions are generous for the price; the non-alcoholic cocktail was very good, while the alcoholic one was served in a plastic glass, not a cocktail glass, so the portion was smaller. The cocktail was free with the coupon, perhaps for that reason? The food was excellent, except for the burrata, which was unsalted. The picnic menu could be improved, however. Perhaps savory pies, cheeses with compotes... in short, a menu designed for picnics. A very nice and welcoming location.
