Lots of stuff!!! Congratulations, very light and digestible Neapolitan style pizza, after dinner you can clearly perceive a perfect leavening of the dough and then one of the best pizzerias in Italy, not by chance. The prices are in line with the quality and the raw materials used and perhaps even cheaper compared to many pseudo-gourmet pizzerias... in dreams. I hope to be able to return, see you next time!

Trovandoci in zona con mia moglie per una sola sera decidiamo di andare a mangiare una pizza e la scelta del locale cade su questo "tipo zero" a Galatina! Locale moderno e giovane, tipica pietra leccese a fare da sfondo, arredo industriale e una pizza contemporanea con un bel cornicione pronunciato ed una vasta scelta di farciture. Io sono andato su una classica tonno e cipolla intramontabile ma rivisitata con una cipolla arrosto e tonno di qualità. Abbiamo ordinato delle polpette fritte per antipasto e completato la cena con un tiramisù ed un cannolo scomposto per dolce... tutto delizioso!

It is not easy to express all the admiration for this place. I have literally seen both type zero and staglio grow from the first days and I personally know professionally owners who are tireless workers. Eating from scratch is not simply eating a pizza but it is an experience, a journey and a cuddle. It would be limiting to call it a pizzeria because they really have created something more. Very nice and well looked after place, friendly and helpful staff. Particularly tasty and interesting starters and varied and delicious pizzas (I have been there several times and tried several). The craft beers are also varied and good. The placemats with accompanying phrases are also unique and cute. Nearby, a short distance away, there are ample parking possibilities... also passing in front of the wonderful Basilica of Santa Caterina d'Alessandria... in short, pleasure and culture. I will return with pleasure.

17/09/2023: The food was nothing special, everything was good but the bacon on the fried pizza was stale. Spartan location. The staff in the dining room and kitchen is the strong point. Courteous, helpful, quick. Clean and well-stocked place. Paid very little 12.5 euros per person. Ample parking.
10/09/2023: This restaurant finally has the right staff to go great... everyone is kind, friendly and helpful! A standing ovation definitely goes to the pizza chef... run and taste his pizzas!!!
