From the very beginning, I appreciated his professionalism, integrity, commitment to quality, and passion for his work. Over the years, I've continued to appreciate the deliciousness and authenticity of his dishes. What can I say about Matambre? A welcoming place, extremely friendly service, and top-quality food. 29/12/2025: We were here and were impressed by the location: truly stunning and meticulously cared for down to the smallest details. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and above all, friendly. The place is modern and spotlessly clean, impeccably clean! We tried the fantastic and delicious sandwiches 😋, and the pizzas were very original and made with top-quality ingredients. The bread has a special, unique, and very digestible flavor that was truly delicious. To wash it all down, excellent beers with a variety of flavors. A place that combines a great atmosphere, good food, and excellent beer. Try it and believe it!

Words fail to describe the owner's kindness and professionalism, and the exceptional staff, especially Giovanni, and even the owners' children. The food was delicious, and the chef was excellent. We'll be back soon. We felt so pampered; we even celebrated our wedding anniversary, and they prepared everything so perfectly we almost cried. In short, everything was exceptional.

16/12/2025: I'm only speaking from my experience. So, when we arrived, despite having booked a table for five at 9:30 PM (via text), no one had noted our reservation. The appetizers arrived after about 40 minutes, and to top off the experience, some of us had our pizzas arrive at 11:16 PM, while those who had ordered sandwiches saw them arrive after another 20 minutes. After a two-hour wait, in my opinion, you'll definitely lose your appetite. The quality of the dishes was also decent, but I definitely wouldn't recommend it for those in a hurry. In my very humble opinion, the kitchen, in addition to having an enormous menu, isn't capable of handling so many guests... otherwise, there wouldn't have been a two-hour wait.

25/11/2025: We visited this pizzeria and really appreciated the large outdoor space, perfect for summer evenings. The atmosphere is nice, but the service leaves a bit to be desired; there were probably too many customers and the staff couldn't keep up with everything. The wait was also quite long. The pizzas are good, though nothing exceptional.

03/08/2025: We stopped by chance, but it was a pleasant dinner... we waited a bit, but it was due to the lack of staff, which the owner immediately clarified, but it was pleasantly rewarded by the good pizza and the courtesy of the staff. We will definitely be back!

Italy) In Tricase, saying a pizza place isn’t the best is like saying your Ferrari isn’t the fastest, it’s still a Ferrari. Pizzeria Da Luigi serves up a solid, delicious, can’t-go-wrong kind of pizza. Maybe it's not the single best slice in town, but honestly? That’s like ranking Michelangelo’s sculptures, some preferences are just personal. The crust is crispy, the ingredients are fresh, and the vibe is proper local. You leave satisfied, full, and wondering if you’re just a little too spoiled by Italy. If this exact pizza landed anywhere else in the world, they’d crown Luigi emperor and name a national holiday after him. But in Tricase? It’s just Tuesday.
