15/07/2025: Here I began my journey through Salento with an excellent dinner of well-prepared typical local dishes and pleasant service.

15/06/2025: They need to update the information. Today, Sunday, June 15th, at 8:15 PM, it was listed as open on Google, but it was closed.

07/05/2026: If there were two words to describe the place and the dishes at this unique restaurant, they would be "rustic" and "flavorful." This small pizzeria in the village of Diso, in the Puglia countryside, offers a wide selection of pizzas and calzones, some familiar, others unknown. They use mainly local products and the skill of the pizza chefs is remarkable. In short, a place worth stopping by for a pizza.

27/04/2026: We just had 4 great pizza’s. Fresh made in a wood oven. Very tasty and well priced. Also the calzoncini were delicious.

12/02/2026: We ordered a portion of pittule while waiting for the pizza, they were good and so were the pizzas 👍🏻, good dough, super digestible. Too bad the atmosphere was a bit cold, otherwise we would have happily stayed a little longer 🤷‍♀️ kind and friendly staff, fair prices

03/05/2026: A truly exceptional restaurant, a historic one in Lecce, one of the best in all of Puglia. Prices are comparable to those in Turin... I highly recommend it to everyone, even Martians.

27/04/2026: Aperitivo tip. We stopped after the first day of the Salento walk, tired and hungry... everything was delicious.

05/05/2026: The best crepe in the historic center. Crispy and spiced with cinnamon, with a filling that's never overwhelming (which doesn't mean it's not plentiful, on the contrary). Highly recommended.

15/09/2025: A high-quality facility with highly trained instructors. Semi-Olympic pool, children's pool, and conference room. Competitive teams: FIN, ACSI, and freediving. Gymnastics and lifeguard courses available. Recommended.

05/04/2026: A rather disappointing experience. Despite it being a Saturday night, the restaurant was half empty, which already left us with some reservations. The dishes, both the Thai cuisine and the sushi, weren't to our liking. It must be said that the dishes were beautifully presented, but unfortunately, the tastes weren't up to par. In particular, the Thai dishes lacked authenticity: the ingredients used and the balance of flavors didn't evoke traditional Asian cuisine. We found an excessive use of carrot and ginger, and overall, everything tasted too sweet and "Italianized." I love Asian cuisine, especially Thai, but the flavors here were far from authentic. Furthermore, the shrimp in the Pad Thai had an unpleasant flavor. The quality of the meat wasn't up to par either: the beef was integer and difficult to eat. The spring rolls were very small, with an undefined filling and still dominated by the ginger flavor. As for the sushi, we weren't convinced by the flavors either. Finally, the restaurant has heavy furnishings and a somewhat dated style, which doesn't contribute to a pleasant experience. Furthermore, the prices are too high for the quality offered, making the value for money decidedly unsatisfactory. I would also add that reviews should be a useful tool for improvement: it's not pleasant to read responses about the restaurant like those found in other reviews. In these cases, it would be better to acknowledge the criticism or choose not to respond.

09/03/2026: It may not be the best sushi I've ever eaten, but considering the price compared to other places, it's very reasonable. Good, but not wow.

04/04/2026: The place appears simple and nice but for the products they sell the prices are too high and inside it is not very comfortable as the tables are small and often and willingly it creates an almost chaotic environment on weekends if crowded, getting to the point I did not have a good experience all in all, I am not saying that the product is not decent or good but it does not apply to how they sell it or how in general they promote this piadineria that has recently opened and in "hipe".

03/08/2025: We stopped by chance, but it was a pleasant dinner... we waited a bit, but it was due to the lack of staff, which the owner immediately clarified, but it was pleasantly rewarded by the good pizza and the courtesy of the staff. We will definitely be back!

29/06/2025: Pizzeria Da Luigi - Where "Not the Best" Still Means Amazing (Because... Italy) In Tricase, saying a pizza place isn’t the best is like saying your Ferrari isn’t the fastest, it’s still a Ferrari. Pizzeria Da Luigi serves up a solid, delicious, can’t-go-wrong kind of pizza. Maybe it's not the single best slice in town, but honestly? That’s like ranking Michelangelo’s sculptures, some preferences are just personal. The crust is crispy, the ingredients are fresh, and the vibe is proper local. You leave satisfied, full, and wondering if you’re just a little too spoiled by Italy. If this exact pizza landed anywhere else in the world, they’d crown Luigi emperor and name a national holiday after him. But in Tricase? It’s just Tuesday.

09/09/2025: I know it exclusively as a wine shop selling wines and spirits. The store manager is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in introducing local producers. Highly recommended.

08/09/2025: The place is well stocked with wines from all over the world, not just local ones, and the lady is very kind and knowledgeable.
