07/06/2025: Unfortunately the evening was not perfect: reservation at 8:30 pm on a Saturday. We are 10 minutes late, our fault, by calling to let us know. We are told that there are no problems. Upon arrival our table was no longer available and, to avoid making us wait, we are given a table in a small space in front of the bathroom (not in use). Not bad, but it could have been managed better. We order two pizzas, a diavola and a crispy buffalo mozzarella (buffalo mozzarella added after cooking). Instead of the buffalo mozzarella, a margherita arrives. The waitress who took the order tries to convince us that we had ordered a margherita, but after reminding her how the order went, she is convinced and does her best to have it remade. After the necessary wait, another pizza arrives, again wrong (a margherita with the addition of buffalo mozzarella, burnt). At that point, because I was hungry and the other diner had already finished dinner a while ago, I ate without thinking too much, even though they had told us that if we wanted, they would have made it a third time. Of the two pizzas, one had the same dough, the other, the offending one, was very thin and was burnt. When paying at the cashier, no word was said about the evening, nor was there any "considerate" treatment: I paid for the pizza that I never received that cost more than the one I actually ate (not that I wanted a €2 discount, but at least to offer a bitter or a coffee to ease the difficulties of the service...). Overall, nothing tragic, but many small things that could be managed better with a minimum of attention. Surely thanks to the packed house on Saturday night.

03/06/2025: If I had to give a title to this review I would call it "We are still waiting for the last pizza to start dinner". There are pros and cons when it comes to "Pizzeria Tipo Zero" in Galatina. We were a table of ten people, and the place is really beautiful aesthetically, with a pleasant atmosphere. The pizza, without a doubt, is excellent: quality ingredients and well-made dough. However, the service left a lot to be desired, especially for a large table like ours. We waited a long time between one pizza and the next; two pizzas were brought to us every twenty minutes or so. The biggest problem was seeing that in the meantime other tables that arrived after us were being served. This made the experience fragmented and prevented us from dining at the same time and created a situation of "wait or no wait?". Creating discomfort between the diners, which is a real shame when you are in company. In short, the pizza gets full marks with an excellent dough that is both crispy and has a high edge and the environment is welcoming, but the organization of the service for large groups definitely needs to be improved. In short, it is a shame that a pizzeria indicated as among the best is lacking in service, especially when the prices are also high.

06/07/2025: One of the worst experiences I’ve had here. The food was not fresh, and the service was absolutely terrible. The only redeeming factor is the nice atmosphere. It’s a total tourist trap. Ten years ago, this place was the top hotspot in the region. Now it’s just a disappointing shadow of its former self, focused solely on taking your money.

05/07/2025: Typical Salento restaurant with a splendid garden and portico with many tables available for guests. Truly exquisite and attentive staff. Well-assorted buffet appetizer. Excellent grilled meat. Good quality/price ratio.

22/04/2025: Ceniamo in questo posto a Maglie su consiglio di amici che gia lo conoscevano. Il locale è un unica sala semplice, abbastanza affollata di tavoli. Cortese il personale. Molto ricco il menu tra cui specialità greche e romane . Essendo una decina abbiamo avuto modo di provare un po tutto tipo i saltimbocca alla romana , la cotoletta alla milanese e gyros , sorprendente il rapporto qualità-prezzo , porzioni abbondanti ad un prezzo onestissimo come non se ne trovano più. Ideale per una cena tra amici

15/06/2025: Io e il mio compagno ci siamo fermati a cena da Terra e Sale e siamo rimasti davvero colpiti. La location è splendida, curata nei dettagli e con un’atmosfera romantica che rende il tutto ancora più speciale. Il servizio è stato eccellente, con un personale cordiale, attento e sempre sorridente. Abbiamo iniziato con un piccolo antipasto di crudi freschissimi e deliziosi, perfetti per aprire la serata. Io ho scelto il tataki di tonno e… che dire: non solo buonissimo, ma assolutamente memorabile! Morbido, saporito, cotto alla perfezione. Il mio fidanzato ha optato per un primo piatto che ha apprezzato tantissimo. Siamo usciti più che soddisfatti, con il sorriso sulle labbra. Un posto che consigliamo con il cuore e dove torneremo sicuramente!

07/04/2025: Il ristorante ha una location davvero stupenda nel centro storico di Felline, con tavoli all'aperto in piazza proprio di fronte al castello. L'arredamento è curato e il cibo ottimo. È il posto perfetto per passare una serata a due immersi nella magia suggestiva della calda estate pugliese.
