08/12/2025: The food is good, but nothing special. We ordered two sandwiches and a small bottle of water for €36. The location is very well-kept, more tourist-friendly.
15/11/2025: The service was terrible; it took ages to get our order taken and attend to us. They prioritized those who arrived later and were locals. What we ordered was good, but it was served too late. It's a shame they don't speak Italian so they could have served us like everyone else!

11/09/2025: We wanted to book through The Fork, but when we couldn't, we asked the owner if we could get the same discount, which he claimed didn't apply at lunchtime. The prices aren't at all what they advertise on The Fork.
Nevertheless, it was really good. The owner is very friendly, and the setting is very pleasant, with a vaulted room playing pleasant music. It's worth the detour.
23/08/2025: Extremely poor value, mediocre quality, and high prices... A false sense of etiquette isn't enough to justify high prices. Two perfectly identical fish forks and a paper napkin—somewhat amateurish mistakes. The waiter poured the wine into your hand when offering to taste it. The shrimp were obviously frozen, alongside a few authentic ones. The execution of the dishes was acceptable, but could be improved.
Overall, a slightly disappointing experience.

30/12/2025: Excellent restaurant in San Foca. Impeccable service thanks to Guenda and Marco. Excellent orecchiette with meatballs and horse stew. Fantastic wine (Sussuminiello), recommended by Glenda. Highly recommended.
29/12/2025: We had a wonderful dinner. Expertly prepared traditional dishes were paired with an excellent selection of wines. All this was complemented by impeccable service from waiters Guenda and Marco, who were able to recommend the most suitable wines for us, as well as making guests feel at ease. A very beautiful place and an experience worth repeating. Highly recommended.

16/01/2026: The location is truly pleasant: new, well-maintained, and with an atmosphere that invites you to linger. The idea of combining a bar, delicatessen, and bakery is also interesting and could offer a lot.
Unfortunately, the experience was ruined by the coffee, which was decidedly burnt. A crucial detail for a place of this type, and one that leaves a bitter taste in the mouth—in every sense of the word.
I hope they can improve this aspect, because there's potential.

13/09/2025: The place itself isn't anything extraordinary; there's plenty to eat and drink. We stopped there because it was on our route and a bathroom break was in order.
In terms of food and atmosphere, nothing outstanding, but still good. However, in terms of service, there's just one area where it's slightly lacking: the friendliness.
We probably came at a bad time, I wouldn't say.
26/08/2025: A very attractive bar with a stylish ambiance in the heart of Gallipoli. It was a bit surprising that no one was there late in the evening. The cocktail selection is diverse, delicious, and attractively served. The tastefully designed outdoor area, with its numerous plants and pleasant atmosphere, is particularly noteworthy.
The service was a minor drawback: The staff seemed a bit uncoordinated and at times seemed more preoccupied with their smartphones than with the guests. While this didn't significantly detract from the overall impression, more attentive service would have significantly enhanced the experience.
Overall, however, a highly recommended place for stylish drinks in a beautiful setting.

18/08/2025: Lido del Sol in Marina di Pescoluse is a little paradise in Salento! The well-kept lawn area offers ample space, well-spaced umbrellas, and a perfect play area for children. Extremely friendly and professional staff, excellent cuisine (pizza and fresh seafood), a bar with cocktails, and quality dining options. The sea is picture-perfect, with crystal-clear waters reminiscent of the Maldives of Salento. A few details could be improved, such as the restrooms and bar prices in high season, but overall, a truly positive experience.
14/08/2025: "Incredibly negative experience! I booked and paid months ago, but when I arrived at the establishment, I found everything closed. Unacceptable attitude and a total lack of organization. Not recommended to anyone!"

15/11/2025: A very nice place: the setting is charming, the servers are friendly, and the menu is refined. The pasta is excellent, as are the desserts. HOWEVER, I must admit that the fish disappointed me: I felt quite unwell the next day, which made me question its freshness. That said, for a pleasant dinner with a variety of dishes, I recommend this place, though I have reservations about the fish and seafood.

30/09/2025: I ate there with my family a week ago, everything was impeccable, I will definitely be back, the fishmonger is always well stocked and the raw seafood is excellent, the staff is very kind.
