Without a doubt, one of the best restaurants in Salento, featuring fresh, local produce. A top-notch set menu. The portions are generous (don't eat too much before you arrive, as they only seem to be open in the evenings). Friendly service, pleasant atmosphere… this was our second visit, and we'll definitely be back every time we return to the area. Thank you 🙏

A very nice place. The service is attentive and never overwhelming. The cuisine is moderately creative (as it should be) and well-executed. The bill is very reasonable. The only flaw is the very limited selection of alcohol.

We had dinner at this truly charming place, with the staff ready to welcome you at the door. The menu is set and includes a selection of appetizers, a first course, a second course, and dessert. Drinks are not included. The appetizers are delicious and beautifully presented. The vegetable tempura is good, the cheeses are excellent, and the veal with tuna sauce is excellent. Paccheri with tomato sauce and Colonnata lard are simple and flavorful, served in a baking dish to share. The second course, suckling pig with mashed potatoes, is also delicious. For dessert, there's chiacchiere with tiramisu cream. The atmosphere is very pleasant, especially near the fireplace.

We found the restaurant with a bit of difficulty because the location listed on Google is behind the restaurant. I've always heard good things about this restaurant, so when it's like this, expectations are high. The appetizer was satisfying (the fried food was a little too greasy), but very filling. The pacchero al pomodoro was precooked but well-seasoned. The main course, unfortunately, disappointed me because it was a bit dry, as if it were cooked in advance and reheated before being served, when in fact it's the dish I've heard the most good things about. I'll definitely be back to give it a second chance. Maybe in the summer, because since it's a pre-established menu, I think they also base it on seasonality, so we'll see if they can fill these slight gaps. The quality/price ratio is in line with the standards. The atmosphere is very friendly and family-friendly. The staff who served us were kind and very helpful. Excellent for family groups or friends.
