07/05/2025: The Magician of Focaccia in Copertino was a truly pleasant discovery! The restaurant is located almost at the end of the city, next to the sports center, and is welcoming and well-kept, with a space that is not too large but well organized. Furthermore, for those who want to stop and eat on the spot, there are some comfortable sofas that make the environment even more pleasant. As soon as you enter, you find yourself in front of a display case that is a true spectacle for the eyes and the appetite: chock-full of freshly baked goodness, hot, fragrant and freshly prepared. Every product we tried was delicious, made with care and with ingredients that immediately felt fresh and of high quality. The staff was very kind, smiling and helpful, ready to advise and serve with attention. Another strong point? The prices! Absolutely excellent and accessible, which makes the quality-price ratio truly unbeatable. I definitely recommend a visit: whether you want a spectacular focaccia, a tasty snack or simply something good and genuine, you will be safe here.

26/04/2025: Every time you order, you're sure to receive delicious, hot pizza made with fresh ingredients. The service is always quick and courteous, and the possibility of receiving it comfortably at home is a real convenience. A special thanks goes to my pizza chef Manè, who is a true artist! Not only is he a friend, but he is also a professional who loves his job. His passion can be seen in every pizza he churns out, with a perfect dough and toppings that go perfectly together. Manè is definitely one of the best pizza chefs I've ever met! If you are in Gallipoli and want an unforgettable pizza, you can't miss trying Valentina Pizza Taxi.

20/03/2025: We found ourselves in this pizzeria by chance, on the occasion of the visit to the "tables of San Giuseppe". The first time we had a takeaway pizza, this year we sat at the table. What can I say: Family atmosphere, good pizza, good and familiar service. I recommend it.

06/06/2025: We sat down and were shown the catch of the day. Fish caught the same morning and we were able to choose which fish we wanted. The food was great, music not to loud and added value to the atmosphere. Service was great!

08/06/2025: We tried this restaurant intrigued by the positive reviews and it actually has all the credentials to make the difference in terms of quality of the raw materials used and the type of cuisine to prepare them, the service then of the boy who served us, whose name I unfortunately do not remember, was impeccable in terms of courtesy and customer welcome. 04/05/2025: It's not just any place... even if it only stops us for lunch. It's a real EXPIRIENCE. Today I tasted (house entrée) the best freshly baked brioche bread in the world with French butter flavored with herbs. A homemade potato crochettone, served with mortadella and cream cheese (excellent!) and a really delicious yellow pumpkin flan as an appetizer, and the agnolotti freshly made by Agnese (the owner and chef of Villa De Donatis) with hand-rolled pastry and filled with parmesan cream (exceptional!!). All seasoned with excellent Salento wine, a breathtaking view and a familiar environment full of real life. Agnese SUPER!! Absolutely highly recommended ❤️
