Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food with fresh ingredients. Excellent potato panzerotti and pucce which are the typical pucce with olives.

A very nice place with a wide choice of beers. The sandwiches and fries are delicious. In the summer it is always full of people in the evenings so it is highly recommended to book a few days in advance. Prices for sandwiches are a little too high considering the portions, while for beers and cocktails the prices are average.

Young local point of reference of the country. Excellent selection of beers and tasty menu for a quick meal. I recommend the sandwich with eggplant parmigiana

While passing through Marina di Mancaversa we had dinner at the Ambrosia brewery. Rich menu, I would have liked to try everything but since it's not possible I chose their aperitif dinner. A tasting dish that allows you to taste Salento delicacies. Optimal! We also ordered a spicy, well-stuffed sandwich and a plate of caprese with potatoes that were absolutely worth trying. Wide choice of beers, we relied on their advice for the choice. Exquisite artisanal desserts. Excellent prices.

Di passaggio a Marina di Mancaversa abbiamo cenato alla birreria Ambrosia. Menù ricco, avrei voluto provare tutto ma siccome non é possibile, ho scelto il loro aperi-cena. Un piatto degustazione che permette di assaggiare le prelibatezze salentine. Ottimo! Abbiamo inoltre ordinato un panino piccantino, ben farcito e un piatto di caprese con patate assolutamente da provare. Vasta scelta di birre, noi ci siamo affidati al loro consiglio per la scelta. Dolci artigianali squisiti. Prezzi ottimi.

Qualità delle materie prime veramente eccellente. Sapori unici e tradizionalmente caserecci. Ottimo servizio e personale gentile. Da ritornarci sicuramente.

Gentilezza e cordialità del personale. Ottima qualità del cibo ma un po' caro devo dire, inoltre con il solito discorso dell inflazione le cose che l hanno scorso costavano 5 euro ora costano 6 euro ma vabbe.... E l elettricità è tornata ai livelli di fine 2021.... L ambiente è molto informale e la gente che lo frequenta è molto tranquilla. Servizio è sempre rapidissimo. Sarebbe da 4.5 stelle esatte ma non posso dare la mezza stella ergo....

Birre artigianali buonissime! Puccia con i pezzetti di cavallo top! Frise niente male! Prezzi onesti. Inoltre camerieri/e gentili e buona musica.

22/03/2024: In Gallipoli it is normal to find typical cuisine for tourists but refined cuisine for locals (even for demanding tourists) Yellow Scapece is the ideal place. Well done. I went back and will go back.

18/01/2024: Small but very welcoming environment, excellent service and delicious food.
04/11/2023: Nice, friendly service - but this lady is also responsible for preparing the food. Completely understandable in times of staff shortages (or due to economic requirements), but it often backfires. A family had ordered before us, the preparation of the food was ongoing and there was no service at the counter during that time. This leads to a bit of frustration because of the waiting time. Food-wise everything was okay, there was nothing to complain about. A disadvantage is of course the lack of a toilet.
