We had lunch at Zia Nene's with my wife and our 5-year-old daughter and were blown away. The Cuisine Is Authentic and Endless ​Forget processed products or frozen food. Here, everything is cooked to order, and you can taste it. The philosophy is clear: uncompromising quality and quantity. ​My daughter was treated to a huge appetizer of locally sourced cured meats and cheeses, followed by a pasta with sausage ragù that she devoured with delight. ​For us, it was an incredible experience. We started with five fabulous appetizers, which we repeated several times (because here, "seconds" and "thirds" are the norm, not the exception). This was followed by expertly made fresh pasta, and finally, a homemade dessert accompanied by spectacular fresh fruit. The restaurant is informal and exudes a rare warmth. The owner's kindness is the real added value: she made us feel at home from the first moment, even going so far as to offer our daughter's meal, a gesture of elegance and sweetness from another era. Talking about "honesty" is an understatement: €25 per person for a feast of fresh, lovingly prepared products is a price almost impossible to find these days. If you want to eat until you say "enough" with the certainty of only healthy ingredients on your plate and a smile on your face, visit Zia Nene. We'll definitely be back! I went to this place yesterday (Easter Monday) for the first time. I had a good meal. The food is homely and the management is friendly. The only "flaw" is the wait time between courses, but that's understandable because everything is prepared and served fresh (it's a bit like going to lunch at your aunt's). Aunt Nene is very friendly and kind; she certainly doesn't leave you without food; in fact, she brings you as much as she has.

We ate at Aunt Nene's for Easter Monday lunch. The food was excellent and, above all, fresh. The staff was attentive to their guests' needs, helpful, and friendly. A special thanks to Irene for her professionalism and kindness with the children.

We went today for my dad's birthday. The place was clean, the staff were friendly, and the food was really good and well-cooked. It's a restaurant with substance, not show. The house wines were very good. All in all, it was a great find, especially since it's just a stone's throw from home.

I discovered this place by chance, and it was a delightful discovery! I not only found excellent food, but also a place I'll be very happy to return to. This is because I felt a truly family-like atmosphere, undoubtedly due to the kind and attentive staff, from the moment I arrived, but also to the authenticity of the dishes. My problem was saying no—reluctantly—not because of the excessive portions (which were plentiful, anyway), but because I would have had to continue my workday 😊. I received what was left on my table (part of the toma cheese and some kindly offered biscuits) as a welcome gift to take home. I can't wait to return! Thank you 🤗

“Home.” This is truly the word that best describes this place. I wouldn't dwell too much on the quality of the food: it's clearly all homemade, and you can taste it immediately, from the first bite. The selection of dishes isn't extensive, as it's often tied to the event or the day, but what arrives at your table is always good and carefully prepared. The place is small, so reservations are recommended. And if you're looking for an elegant, quiet restaurant, perfect for a romantic evening for two... this isn't the place. I said “home,” and I really mean a real home, a little noisy, with spontaneous smiles and children's voices running between the tables, bringing cheer. It's not chaotic, it's not annoying: it's simply welcoming, genuine, and familiar. The service is good, the place is clean, and the prices are reasonable. The only small drawback is parking, which isn't always convenient: there's the market square next door, but it's often full. Otherwise, it's a place where you eat well, feel comfortable, and are happy to return. In fact, I'll continue to do so.

Discovered this restaurant by chance. Authentic dishes in a quiet setting. The staff were extremely friendly. We'll definitely be back.

I've been here twice, the first time just before Christmas, and today... good food, simple, authentic, and everything fresh and delicious. Good wine (Barbera Superior), top-notch appetizers... and more. RECOMMENDED.
