29/07/2026: We went for a standard guided tour. The staff was truly exceptional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The beer and appetizers were equally good. We'll do it again!

27/07/2026: The picnic in the lupoleto was an experience that exudes authentic Puglia: nature, tranquility, and quality craft beer. As soon as we arrived, the view of the lupoleto was incredible—green rows swaying in the wind, a meticulously crafted atmosphere, and a welcome that immediately made you feel part of something special. The location is simply enchanting, the baskets carefully prepared, and a silence reminiscent of the true countryside. Making everything even more magical was a group playing and singing traditional Apulian music, with tambourines, guitars, and energetic voices. They performed traditional dances, engaging the guests and transforming the picnic into a small, infectious folk festival. The brewery, just steps away, added a unique value: the aromas of malt, the stories of the brewery's family history, which was one of the most emotional moments: a tradition born decades ago, built on the memories of a father, a grandfather, a letter from him found after years... a coincidence that came to send a strong signal when you were on the verge of giving up... sacrifices, dreams, and love for the land. Hearing about generations who transformed an idea into a vibrant and welcoming place gave the visit an even deeper meaning. The picnic basket was a treat: local products, authentic flavors, pairings designed to enhance the craft beers. Every sip and every bite seemed to dialogue with each other, creating a simple yet rich experience. An ideal place for those who love nature, craft beer, traditional music, and stories that remain in the heart. Kudos to the family for everything, but especially for the work that must have gone into it... We need a place like this in Venice too ❤️💯💥 Michela

19/07/2026: I deliberately removed one star from the service and food to differentiate it from the ambience, which I loved very much. I reminisced about the simple, friendly smile of the simple, affordable stop that never hurts. A must-visit, highly recommended for anyone visiting this beautiful place.

31/07/2026: The food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was wonderful. We started with the beef carpaccio, then had the grilled octopus and the pork with leeks for our main courses. Everything was truly excellent! The black bread with anise was absolutely incredible and unlike anything we’ve had before. The service was outstanding, and it was especially convenient that they stay open throughout the afternoon without a lunch break. Highly recommended!

31/07/2026: Nice address in Lecce city... the restaurant is well located. In the middle of city center close to walking areas. They have beautiful indoor well decorated and outdoor tables next to the street. Even it's next to street it's pretty pleasant terasse. The staff are very nice and providing very good service. Everything goes pretty fast with good cadence. I saw comments about slowness of service which I didn't experienced at all. They have a good choice of starters, pasta and meat. The starters such as Calamari or Cozze are nice. The carbonara is pretty good... however I would put les white egg. The meat is tasty and well prepared. Very nice experience.

11/08/2026: We went to Joei in Maglie and, despite a particularly hot evening, we had a pleasant evening. We were seated at a corner table, and understandably, it was a bit hotter there, but I wouldn't attribute that to the restaurant at all. The service definitely deserves five stars: all the staff were extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and attentive. A truly well-organized team, which makes a difference in the overall experience. We also really enjoyed the food. We tried the pizza, the orecchiette, and various cuts of meat, including fillets and Angus steaks: everything was good, with the beef in particular truly excellent. If I had to rate it separately, I'd give the food four stars and both the service and the ambiance five stars. Overall, however, the experience absolutely deserves five stars. A place where quality, organization, and customer service come together truly well. I'd gladly return.

10/05/2026: Excellent. We ordered a starter, main course, and dessert, all bursting with flavor. Special mention goes to the specialty appetizer! The welcome was very warm, and you can tell they're passionate about sharing their expertise. I highly recommend it!

06/04/2026: Excellent place to enjoy contemporary Neapolitan pizza. Meticulous attention to detail ensures a truly top-notch experience. I recommend the neighborhood Margherita pizza, made in a wagon wheel shape.

10/06/2026: The atmosphere and the staff's enthusiasm immediately make you feel the intensity of Italian, and especially Roman, culture, even though the osteria is located in Lecce. It's a good choice for Italians and non-Italians who want to eat Roman dishes, but needless to say, it's not quite the same, and the prices are more expensive than the pasta. For those who are lactose intolerant, there are no alternatives, because according to them, even the amatriciana sauce already contains cheese in the bottle, so it's not that they insist on adding it, but rather that the products are already set up that way. Even the pasta used was carefully chosen, and it's very rare for them to use another type upon request. The staff seems warm, but I don't agree with their tendency to repost a review on social media to shame certain people. It's a shame, because they have really nice social media pages and they just tarnish them like that. I'll be clear, I'm not angry with them, but I find it truly distasteful, even though we should already know that putting someone in the social media pillory to gain consensus is always condemnable.

09/06/2026: Our first restaurant of our stay in Lecce, and we would have loved to go back every night. Unfortunately for us, the owners closed just a few days later. The pasta was incredible, and the tiramisu was unforgettable (the best we've ever had). The prices are quite reasonable, and the staff was friendly. The setting is also very pleasant (a terrace at the back, sheltered from the traffic noise). The only slight drawback was the somewhat long wait, but it was well worth it in the end. We highly recommend it!

15/07/2026: Lunch break today at Obelisco with a fantastic seafood risotto! 😋 I photographed it because it's beautiful to look at and delicious to eat. Here, even in the evening, it's a spectacle of taste and flavor: with the grill and pizzas to enjoy in the beautiful garden elegantly furnished by the owner, Mrs. Tiziana. Always excellent value for money. Try it and believe it! Keep up the good work, guys 💛❤

20/05/2026: Great rosé and food, nice outdoor terrace to sit on in the shade. Unfortunately, very unfriendly and slow staff. Be careful in case of serious allergies or dietary requirements, as these are not taken into account despite mentioning them twice in Italian!

Everything was exceptional, from the food to the kindness of the staff and owners. The portions were generous and tasty. It's one of those places you don't expect to find these days. Congratulations. 04/08/2026: I think this was the worst restaurant I've ever been to. Italy absolutely needs to focus on traditional cuisine, especially not fine dining. With the quality of the ingredients they have in Salento, simple cooking is truly the best.
