Truly a small and welcoming place... the pizzas are excellent, thin and crispy... in addition to the traditional flour, they can be made with various types of flour from turmeric to 5 cereals to toasted barley etc... very light... the fried foods are delicious, especially the potato croquettes... and then the dessert is sublime, strips of pizza dough with Nutella... the staff are very friendly and kind... I highly recommend it

Small place (but only in winter) and excellent food. Welcoming, professional, and friendly staff. Due to a small oversight, they remade my pizza faster than ever before, even though I said it wasn't necessary 👍🏼🙂. Must try and definitely return. Thanks.

January, a short vacation with a group of friends in Puglia. It's not always possible to please everyone, but thanks to you, everyone was more than satisfied. Delicious pizzas made with a variety of flours (the barley one was excellent). The second time we shared a new dish with another friend, the Puccia. Noooo, fantastic and easily digested. The pizza dough was finished with Nutella and powdered sugar, a delight. Did we forget to ask if they ship the puccie vacuum-packed to Tuscany? We'll find out. Thanks to you too for making our mini vacation so successful.
