Every time I go to Racale, there's a must-stop: this bakery. The frise here are a guarantee, perfectly crispy, ready to be tossed with tomato and good olive oil. You take a bag home, and the smell alone tells you you've made the right choice. And the taralli? They're addictive. They crunch under your teeth and remind you you're eating real food, not those soulless, industrial-made things. For me, it's become a sort of ritual: I arrive in Racale and I already know I have to stock up. If I go back without frise and taralli, they'll hold it against me for days. And they're not wrong.

Traditional bakery with a wide selection of breads, including durum wheat sourdough bread, breakfast biscuits, taralli, frise, mini pizzas, calzones, and more. All very good and reasonably priced. Not particularly well-lit.

22/06/2026: Very friendly and kind staff. We felt at home, as always. There were six of us eating a mix of pucce and pizzas. Excellent quality ingredients and excellent cooking. We will definitely be back.

30/05/2026: During our stay in Tricase, enticed by the good reviews, we went to dinner at this pizzeria. We had both excellent pizza and delicious arancini, which, as Sicilians, we particularly appreciated because they weren't greasy and the ingredients were very fresh. Mrs. Sonia and her staff are very professional and kind. Thank you for everything.
07/04/2026: We dined here on Easter Monday. We only realized afterwards that many families would be eating in the restaurant on Easter Monday, rather than in the evening. We had reserved in advance for the evening. Despite the fact that Antonio and his team had been busy all afternoon, they still took the trouble to welcome us. We were the only guests and were spoiled culinarily with homemade bread, focaccia, and a delicious amuse-bouche featuring very tasty aubergine with a lovely, firm texture. The spaghetti al noci was top-notch, as were the osso buco and the lamb shanks, all enjoyed with a glass of red wine from Manduria. We declined dessert. As an aperitif, we were served homemade limoncello. Antonio and your team, thank you for a wonderful culinary evening. Best regards, Ruut & Ilse
