09/01/2026: Found it by chance, and luckily a table had just become available! Welcoming place, exceptional service, and very friendly staff…Roberto first and foremost! Excellent, top-quality food! Highly recommended 😃
21/12/2025: Amidst the alleys of Locorotondo's historic center, decked out for Christmas, lies the "Ai Tre Santi" restaurant. Appetizers, first courses, and second courses... absolutely delicious. The photos demonstrate the meticulous presentation of the dishes and the excellent ingredients. The result is simply superb!

04/01/2026: A warm and welcoming place where you can eat excellent grilled meat. Prices are average. I've been there twice already and I think I'll gladly return. The meat is good for buying and taking home.
