You immediately feel at ease with a sincere smile upon arrival. The place is spotlessly clean. I chose the tasting menu and was delighted with every course, from the presentation, which was explained in detail by the staff during the tasting. I asked for advice on the drinks to accompany each course, and the waiter never made a mistake in pairing them. Compliments to the entire staff.

Let's start with the food, and it's beyond dispute because it's delicious. Everything, without a doubt. However, we could discuss the quantity (compared to the price). Last night, it was cold, and when you enter a restaurant, you expect to arrive and warm up, but no, it was freezing cold (entering a restaurant and finding 18 degrees Celsius is unheard of!), especially for a restaurant of that price range. Needless to say, dining in the cold ruined the entire experience. The waitress, Serena, is very kind and moved between the tables with courtesy and a smile. The kitchen's timing sometimes leaves something to be desired; maybe you have two courses in 5 minutes, and then you wait 45 minutes for another dish, clearly not the best. There are no desserts; they only have gelato made for them by a trusted gelateria. Frankly, in a place like this, with real restaurant prices, you can't not have dessert, or rather, you can, but it's one less service you're offering. And don't even try to go to the bathroom: if the place was cold, the bathroom is freezing even with the window closed. One thing is certain: if it's cold today, I'll have to heat the place four hours before customers arrive. Little attention was paid to wines, glasses, etc. I know they have a lot of sake, but no one suggested any to us, and I don't know what to say.
Honestly, I ate well, but I was disappointed. I don't feel like going back. Not for €100 per person.

A true gem, a place it's always nice to return to: the quality is excellent, the staff is knowledgeable and polite.
Many dishes are perfectly executed and leave a lasting impression.
The location is worth experiencing and visiting.
Prices are proportionate to the quality and service offered.

The best Japanese restaurant in the province of Bari. I'd put it first overall. We went for dinner and it was exceptional. Top-notch service.

Best Japanese restaurant I've ever tried. I've toured the best sushi places in Japan and around the world, but Yuki in Noci is a cut above for customer service, superb product quality, and the combination of ingredients. Kudos to the chef and staff.

I finally tried this place for dinner with a five-course tasting menu with a wine/sake pairing, and wow! It was like being back in Japan! I loved everything! Of course, you don't come here to gorge yourself, but to take a culinary journey. We also really enjoyed the explanations of the dishes. The background music was just right, and the staff was very friendly.
To achieve this, I'd recommend welcoming guests who decide to order the tasting menu with something more substantial or solid, otherwise, given the wine pairing, they're guaranteed to be dizzy. A Japanese omelette at the beginning would also be perfect to avoid jarring guests.

The true JAPANESE restaurant, not only in Puglia but in Italy. I've tried so many, but here we're talking about a gastronomic journey to Japan without having to fly.
The chef is truly talented and happy to accommodate allergen requests.
Serena, extremely professional and kind, accompanied us with an excellent wine and sake pairing.
