Excellent experience at this restaurant. Everything was perfect: Vincenzo's warm welcome, Lucia's pasta-making demonstrations, and the chef's talent (attentive and generous, thank you again), all in a stylish setting with a direct view into the kitchen.
And above all, it was the taste buds that were delighted by the succulent ingredients and the fresh pasta made right before your eyes, which truly lived up to the Pasta Experience promise.
And finally, the little gift at the end of the meal, chocolates in keeping with the previous offerings, was perfect.
In conclusion, a highly recommended establishment.

Excellent meal, superb hand made pasta - even given the opportunity to attempt to make some - and fantastic service from Vincenzo! We’ve sampled 3 or 4 tiramisus whilst in Puglia and this one was the best by far!

The restaurant has a very modern design and the service is excellent. The pasta was good, but since the waiter recommended it, we had higher expectations. The tiramisu wasn't a classic tiramisu, but it was very, very good. The price was justified.

Coming from Brighton England with 12 Italian Restaurants this was up there with the best. Great fresh food with their own made pasta and was a sheer delight. A must if you are in Alberobello.
