Excellent service and they serve a fantastic starter. The pasta is incredibly high quality. They charge €3 per person for service.

The food was absolutely delicious, the hospitality was amazing. A special thanks to Maria Pia for teaching me how to make Orecchiette, such a wonderful and memorable experience!

We are tourists from Taiwan who stumbled upon this restaurant during our travels. A tall, handsome, and tasteful gentleman greeted us warmly at the door and invited us in. We chose a seat in front of the pasta chef making the cat-ear pasta, and the kind and friendly pasta maker, Ms. Lucia 👋🏻, even invited us to join in making the pasta! A fantastic experience! We loved it 🥰 The kitchen staff were all very friendly, thank you! We had a wonderful afternoon (hope you see this!). For our meal, we chose two types of pasta, paired with two a la carte sparkling wines. The seafood flavor was very refreshing and clean, and the tomato sauce was a condiment we had never tried before—we thought it was authentic and well worth the meal. Afterwards, we also ordered a tiramisu, which I must say was the best taste we had on this trip 😋 I'll miss it! If you're ever visiting this area, I highly recommend spending a pleasant dining time at this restaurant! - Siamo turiste di Taiwan and abbiamo scoperto questo ristorante per caso durante il nostro viaggio. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, abbiamo scelto due tipi di pasta accompagnati da due calici di vino frizzante. Pasta and frutti mare ave and sapore fresco and delicato, molto pulito, mentre il sugo di pomodoro ave and gusto diverso da qualsiasi altro avessimo provato prima: per noi è stato qualcosa di autentico and assolutamente da provare. Per finire abbiamo ordinato anche un Tiramisù… and dobbiamo dirlo: è stato il più buono di tutto il viaggio 😋 Ci mancherà tantissimo. Se vi trovate da queste parti come turisti, consigliamo davvero questo ristorante per trascorrere un pranzo o una cena piacevole e speciale!

Everything was perfect! The pasta was excellent! The waiter, who speaks French, was very friendly and welcoming. He's a pastry chef and he's the one who makes the superb tiramisu and the excellent chocolate bar we enjoyed at the end of our meal! They make their own pasta, olive oil, bread, etc. A great place with quality products.

Located a few hundred meters from the panoramic view of Alberobello, I primi di Puglia is the perfect combination of pasta and pure southern magic. Beware of imitations! Signora Lucia, in her kingdom, brings joy to everyone who walks through her doors, emotions skyrocketing even after experiencing the experience of making pasta with our own hands, a wonderful thing. In her eyes, experience, love, and pure passion, transmitted by hand into the pasta shapes you love most. Entrée with the flavor of Puglia: homemade mini bread, extra virgin olive oil, and homemade pesto with dried tomatoes, crunchy almonds, basil, and mandorino, a true local excellence for a start that's not just a big one, but something more. "Classic" Apulian orecchiette, braciole, and meatballs in sauce that bubble from the pot to the plate—bliss! Spaghettone alla chitarra with zucchini, fresh mint, a hint of citrus, and pink shrimp tartare—what can I say? In the dining room, Francesco, Alexia, and Nicolas—elegance, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail—make you feel truly at home with their approach. Chef Pierpaolo is simply on another planet, on another level. Every ingredient described on the menu was fully present on the plate, and the palate rejoiced with every bite. He even slipped out of the kitchen for a second to prepare his famous tiramisu for us, out of this world. DeDe and I smiled from the moment we entered until we returned to Calabria, and we still smile thinking about it now! Thank you so much to Francesco, Chef Pierpaolo, the entire staff, and last but not least, to Lucia, wonderful, because you bring joy with simplicity and professionalism, every day in Alberobello!
