12/04/2025: Sono stata in questo posto con degli amici e devo dire che l'esperienza è stata terrificante. Sono stata molestata davanti al bancone del bar da un uomo ubriaco di una certa età . Quando abbiamo chiamato i buttafuori per denunciare l'accaduto, la loro risposta è stata inaudita: "Devi tutelarti da sola" e "Non possiamo buttarlo fuori perché non abbiamo visto l'accaduto e le due versioni non combaciano". Sono rimasta sconvolta dalla mancanza di sensibilità e di professionalità dei buttafuori. Un posto che non tutela la sicurezza e la dignità delle sue clienti non merita di essere frequentato. Non posso che consigliare di evitare questo posto a tutti i costi.

11/07/2025: I frequented this restaurant for after-dinner cakes. Unfortunately, the quality and portions are a distant memory. The service overall was also disappointing. A plus is the location, which always meets expectations. I wouldn't recommend this place.

11/07/2025: After years of closure, I would have expected the overall quality of the place to be maintained. The food is certainly still good, but the prices have significantly increased, and the cakes are increasingly smaller—undoubtedly too small for the price. Furthermore, the selection has also significantly decreased. It's unthinkable for a cake shop to offer 2-3 cake choices. Furthermore, it's July, and although the menu includes ice cream and smoothies, we were told "it's too early for ice cream." The organization and quantity/price ratios need to be completely reassessed. Because the change, and not for the better, is clear since this situation. The quality is certainly still very good. Unfortunately, I wouldn't return under these general conditions. The renovated location outside is very pretty and charming.

30/08/2025: We had lunch on Saturday, having booked 15 minutes in advance while we were wandering downtown. The place is cute, with a renovated porch, friendly and welcoming staff, excellent and generous portions, and tables for two are a bit cramped. Recommended.

04/08/2025: The fish appetizer was excellent, and the accompanying focaccia was also excellent and much appreciated. The first courses were simple and delicious. The hospitality was kind and refined, exceeding expectations.

15/06/2025: We stopped at this place for lunch and I must say it was a pleasant experience. I ate the best vitello tonnato of my life and the other dishes were all very good, tasty and balanced. The staff is really really kind and they are very attentive even to the youngest guests. I'm honest, being a place a bit lost I didn't think they had seats, instead they surprised me because they also had colored plastic cups and in the bathroom there was also a changing table, not for everyone.. So a highly recommended place (even for families) go and visit them even just for a day trip, it's worth it! Oh last thing you'll ask yourself.. The prices.. are absolutely honest! Try it and believe it.

15/04/2025: After a very pleasant Sunday lunch with the family, I confirm with even more enthusiasm that the Cascina Barbassa restaurant is an obligatory stop for lovers of good Piedmontese cuisine. The rustic and welcoming environment proved to be even warmer and perfect for a convivial Sunday lunch. The real protagonist, as always, is the cuisine, which skilfully enhances the authentic flavors of the territory. We particularly appreciated the abundance of the portions and the attentiveness of the staff, who passed between the tables several times asking if we still wanted to taste their delights. A gesture of attention that denotes great care for the guest. The ingredients are very fresh, and you can clearly perceive their origin from the farm, guaranteeing excellent quality. The appetizers with the particular ostrich cured meats were an excellent opening, followed by first courses with homemade pasta reminiscent of the flavors of the past. The meat-based second courses were a true triumph of taste, and the wide choice of excellent local wines perfectly accompanied each course. The young and friendly staff contributed to making the atmosphere even more pleasant and relaxed, demonstrating professionalism and availability. The quality-price ratio is absolutely excellent, considering the abundance and authenticity of the dishes offered. The Cascina Barbassa restaurant is not just a meal, but an unforgettable culinary experience, a true triumph of genuine flavors and tradition, made even more special by the warm welcome and attention to the customer.
