La Locanda Clandestina In Torino

A lovely venue in the San Salvario area; I went there for a graduation party. The evening was planned as a buffet, with the dishes laid out on a counter where you could help yourself. The food was very good and varied; the buffet replenished very quickly once one dish was sold out.

I celebrated my graduation here, and I couldn't have chosen a better place! The owner, whom I thank very much, was extremely helpful and kind, as was all the staff. They reserved a section of the venue just for us (given the number of people), a detail we truly appreciated and which made the atmosphere even more special, especially for the type of occasion. The food is served buffet-style, always well-stocked throughout the evening, with various options for vegetarians, vegans, and those with lactose intolerances. Everything was delicious! The venue is well-kept and welcoming, perfect for events of this type. Overall, the organization was well done, and we felt cared for at all times without ever being intrusive. A place I would definitely recommend!

It was the last Tuesday in February, a day I remember vividly because we were supposed to go to the Colosseum Theater to see a great Neapolitan comedian, who was treated terribly by that arrogant Mammuccari, in my opinion. My wife and I decided to take advantage of the opportunity to eat out before the show, and I remembered the Locanda Clandestina, which an acquaintance had recommended to me some time ago. We had dinner, enjoying an excellent aperitif buffet, with a wide selection of dishes. It was a shame about the liver crostini, which I love, which arrived just as we were leaving. A glass of still red wine, a small bottle of water, and two sweet coffees were all for an average price. With all the nerve I had, I asked for a grappa...

I had the pleasure of trying the tasting menu, and I must say it was all truly excellent: carefully crafted dishes, balanced flavors, and great attention to detail. The service was courteous and always available, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The cocktails were also very good, well-prepared and tasty. Next time, I'd like to try the buffet, which looks truly inviting. Congratulations to the entire team; keep up the good work!

The food is generally good, but the buffet consists of pre-made dishes, and the fried items in particular were not very tasty. Reheating them in the microwave only made them smell more oily. Next time I go, I'll order à la carte. The service is polite, but be aware that they don't speak English.

Nice place, aperitif buffet for €16, drinks not included. Friendly staff. Various food, refreshed throughout the evening. It was mostly cold, but there was the option to heat it up in the microwave.

An ideal place for sharing a dinner with friends or an intimate moment with a friend or partner. The atmosphere is lively but not chaotic. Conversation is encouraged by pleasant background music, never loud. The food is very good, generally above average, as is the wine. Last but not least, guests can choose how and what to eat, either buffet-style or à la carte, to suit their needs and budget. An innovative and flexible venue, especially since the three dining rooms can accommodate different needs.

The food was average. Nothing memorable. The staff was attentive and friendly.

The inn is the place to have an American meal in peace and without any fuss. The food is always very good, I recommend it.
