18/05/2025: We relied on this gastronomy for a catering for a brunch and we can only compliment them! Everything was delicious, taken care of in the smallest details and presented with great taste. Mr. Gianni was super helpful, meeting with attention and professionalism even special needs related to some food intolerances. We received many compliments from the guests and really made a great impression. Highly recommended: competence, quality and kindness at the top!!!

24/06/2025: Nice place, convivial, you can grill directly at your table, and the smoke extraction system does its job quite well, (a little smell remains, but acceptable) .. All the dishes I tried I liked, well prepared and with quality products.. the prawns very good.. I will definitely return

04/09/2025: This summer, I went to a dinner with a pre-arranged menu. Having disclosed my lactose intolerance, I was offered a full menu with sophisticated, elaborate, and excellent dishes. The customer service was top-notch; I'll gladly return.

21/08/2025: Excellent food, very friendly staff. The place is very cute, and the outdoor area is beautifully lit, making it very romantic. I went there with friends, but it's also great for a dinner for two. I didn't like the inside as much.

23/08/2025: I returned to the Aquila Nera restaurant and I had a great time.. this time no pizza, a simple slice and mixed fried food.. they were once again courteous and attentive.. from all points of view.

22/08/2025: Historic restaurant in the town of Ivrea. Staff always attentive to your needs. Reservations recommended, almost mandatory. Extensive menu. Always a great place to stop by for lunch, afternoon, or evening.

03/09/2025: It happened to me several times to order ice cream cups, medium and mostly large, so I expected there to be more ice cream, given that they cost more than the small ones, instead on 5 occasions they put ice cream just above the cup, something that has never happened with the small ones, and I heard, from the person who served me, when I complained about the small amount of ice cream in these large cups, that the owner says that the quantity of the large ones is that he puts little, ice cream so I don't understand, I pay more to have less ice cream? Ah, there is no discussion about the quality of the ice cream.

13/07/2025: My husband and I dined at this restaurant, drawn by other reviews, and I must say our expectations were not disappointed. The service was friendly and cheerful, the portions were generous, the quality was truly high, and the plating was meticulous. My husband had a risotto with porcini mushrooms, saffron, and quail, which was decidedly satisfying. Its flavor was intense, but unfortunately it was a little overcooked. It should have been kept a little more to the Agente, but I imagine that given the success of the other dishes, it was a casual mistake. I instead had squares of pasta filled with nettles with a carbonara sauce, whose flavor filled the palate without being too heavy. We concluded the dinner with a cheesecake. The price was adequate for the quality and quantity of the dishes offered, €50 per person, and it's a place we'll definitely return to. Bravo!

04/09/2025: I've been waiting a long time to try this restaurant. The food is excellent, I already knew that (I worked for a well-known Turin family who often used the takeout service). When we entered, we were greeted with the usual, appreciated courtesy. The dining rooms and outdoor seating are very beautiful, but I noticed several "anomalies" (this is, of course, my personal opinion): . The staff doesn't wear uniforms, other than a T-shirt with the restaurant's name. In fact, I counted at least seven pairs of shoes of different types and/or colors. . The restrooms are absolutely not up to par with the restaurant. . There were two of us, and the dishes we chose weren't served together (the wait was long). . A few other minor details (I noticed them due to professional deformation). 26/08/2025: An oriental restaurant with fairly good food, but the prices are a bit high in my opinion. The service is friendly, but the spacing between tables could definitely be increased; there's no privacy whatsoever.

12/08/2025: Sunday afternoon in a hot August: a day at the Gran Balon (Turin's huge flea market), and to cool off the day, I had a gelato snack. A wide variety of cream and fruit flavors: each more inviting than the last. In the end, I opted for pistachio, gianduja, and apricot with toasted pine nuts and cocoa nibs. Simply delicious: creamy and flavorful.

08/08/2025: I loved the place, the staff, and of course the ice cream. The flavor of the day was blueberry, and it was the most delicious fruit ice cream I've ever had. They also have vegan flavors.

04/08/2025: I don't think anyone can comment on the quality of the products, at least not so far! That said, the ingredients are fresh, hand-picked by the owner, and cooked to order. The same goes for the desserts, which are homemade. If I were to find any flaws: - waiting times (you go in knowing you'll have to take your time, but if you find the night to be bad, like I did, you'll spend an hour and a half just waiting) - the price is justified by the ingredients, etc., but chips served alongside the dish wouldn't hurt, in my opinion. In any case, everything is brought together by the setting of a very refined restaurant with a back room that feels almost "intimate," even when the place is full. I'd definitely recommend it; it's definitely worth a try, and then you can decide.
