07/09/2025: Even this place is located in Spacio Conrad area in the north of Turin but the coffee is great and why not since it’s the land where Vergnano caffee stated back in 1882 … It’s a service at the till Aleandro was courteous & spoke English a rarely in small towns in Italy .

08/03/2025: "A truly disappointing experience. The service was terrible, and the employees were incredibly rude. Besides being completely rude, they seemed to enjoy making fun of us, imposing rules they made up on the spot without any logic. They never showed any interest in solving problems; on the contrary, they treated us with an arrogant and disrespectful attitude. We had to wait an inordinate amount of time to be served, even though the place wasn't crowded. The portions were tiny, practically insignificant, and the fried foods were cold on the outside and still frozen on the inside. It's impossible to justify such a thing, especially considering the exorbitant prices. Furthermore, the place was dirty, with crusty floors and poorly cleaned tables, and the atmosphere was so noisy that conversation was impossible. A complete waste of money! I strongly advise against this place. I will never return!" One star because it's impossible to give less.

02/03/2025: Poor value for money. Not knowing how to cook chicken cacciatore, serving it cold, greasy, overly peppery, or spicy, without the skin, and with the chicken dry and parched, as if it had been baked first and then salvaged with this recipe. The white curly hair added the finishing touch to the dish. The green beans hadn't been cleaned. For the price, we're not satisfied... the coffee and service are satisfactory.

15/09/2025: Terrible restaurant. DO NOT go here. The steak was overcooked, the mushrooms were completely tasteless. When we complained we got it back overcooked and with a different sauce than what was on it originally. The potatoes were gone and had to be reordered. The lady who served us said we were the problem and didn't understand what we meant by the food not tasting good.

21/10/2025: A beautiful, tastefully decorated and visually pleasing venue located in the Chieri shopping center. It's a pleasant spot for a quick stop amidst the surrounding shops, thanks to its refined atmosphere and attention to detail. However, it's lacking in practicality compared to the offerings: I wouldn't recommend it for an aperitivo, as the menu isn't convincing. €20 for two spritzes includes two small gourmet sandwiches, aesthetically pleasing but lacking in flavor for the price and the expectations created by the aperitivo "menu." An impressive experience at first, but one that leaves one with a feeling of superficial rather than substantial pleasure.

04/11/2025: The pizzas are average or just below average, but the courtesy of the manager/owner is totally absent... a smile and a minimum of kindness would be advisable... never again

31/08/2025: A fairly clean and tidy place, run by two men. They mainly serve pizza and kebab. They have a wood-fired oven, so the pizza is good and easy to digest, and they even make the kebab bread hot on the spot. The kebab is good, costing €5. The ingredients are fresh and kept in a sealed steel container. The service was good, and they were friendly. I'll be back.

26/10/2025: Unfortunately, the experience wasn't the best. Three of us (two adults and a child) showed up for a quick lunch, but the service management proved to be quite problematic. After a long wait, only the first of the three dishes ordered arrived; the second was incorrect, and only after about fifteen minutes was the child's pasta with tomato sauce served. The pizza finally arrived after another 15 minutes, with an excessive amount of tomato sauce, despite having a good base. I understand the difficulties during busy periods, but the overall feeling was one of poorly coordinated organization and completely and seriously out of control service times. Confirming this, even the table next to us—in a similar situation—preferred to leave before everyone else had even received their meal.

07/10/2025: ⚠️ I lost €4,000 because of this place. I ordered a new laptop from the official Dell website (worth €4,000). According to the proof of delivery, the BRT courier delivered the package to this bar: the family's son signed for it, but never delivered it to me. I showed all the evidence to the courier and my lawyer, but so far I have received no help or a refund. A very serious and disappointing experience. If your package is important, don't have it delivered here—always verify the delivery, because you might not receive it.

14/09/2025: Terrible service, plus they charge €2 for parcel collection which should be free for us since they receive money from the contract they have with local couriers to act as a stop point.

01/10/2025: An hour and a quarter late, heavy pizza, and raw tomatoes. Never again. I want my money back.

20/07/2025: We ordered a devil's pizza from Glovo to share. Besides the fact that it took an hour for it to arrive, I had to call the restaurant after half an hour of waiting, and they said "it's about to leave now." When the delivery guy arrived, I got out, and he didn't even look at me. The pizza was truly terrible: sticky, soggy, and raw dough! The ingredients on top were all burnt, piled on top, and of terrible quality. I swear it makes my throat burn. I would have preferred to set fire to the money I wasted.

20/09/2025: An experience not to be repeated. Extremely dirty tablecloths, terrible food, and ridiculous prices! Not recommended.

01/09/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance on a Sunday for lunch. The place was neglected and unkempt, with stained tablecloths. Cover charge was €3! Extremely slow, exasperating service (considering there were only three of us). The mixed antipasto was barely passable, with an abundance of very sour pickles. Moldy olives! The aiucca soup was good, but a 45-minute wait seemed excessive, even for an express dish, and the price, €20, was unheard of! Avoid the bathroom, which was in unacceptable conditions for a restaurant. The prices were Michelin-starred... completely unjustified. AVOID.

25/10/2025: If I could give it zero stars, I wouldn't hesitate for a moment. Reading the other reviews, I realized I'm not the only one who noticed the utter dirtiness! Everything inside the restaurant, from the counter to the tables, the stained tablecloths, and even the disgustingly dirty glasses. If only that were the only flaw! It took over 20 minutes to serve four people at the same table with the restaurant completely empty. We rightly pointed this out to the young lady there, who made sure to point out that she has three degrees... She agrees with us that degrees don't make for good cleaning. As someone who works in the industry, I feel truly cheated, especially because we paid 20 euros to eat in a filthy restaurant. We've considered calling the local health authority; someone will do it sooner or later!
