19/10/2025: Really super embarrassing. After a long wait in line, they turned me away and treated me really badly. They didn't want to know anything, even trying to explain why they wouldn't let me in. And when people who were really bad but had a girlfriend arrived, they let them in. I find it really embarrassing. I was prejudiced for no reason. REALLY RUDE.

23/04/2025: Pessima esperienza. Cameriere maleducate e scocciate. Abbiamo ordinato un hamburger e un bacon cheeseburger. Entrambi sono arrivati con il pane freddo (di frigo intendo) e con la carne quasi completamente cruda. Il cheese del bacon cheeseburger non pervenuto. Come contorno una decina di patatine fritte fredde anche loro. Ho avanzato tutto e nessuno mi ha chiesto spiegazioni. Ho notato che anche i nostri vicini di tavolo hanno avanzato le loro portate. Mai più.

14/04/2025: Ci siamo stati il 12.04.2025 per un piccolo spuntino/aperitivo. Locale molto grande in zona Murazzi a Torino Ci fanno accomodare di fuori, a due passi dalla riva del fiume Po. Prendiamo un cocktail analcolico, una coca , pane alla piemontese e fiori di zucchina ripiene di ricotta fritti. Cibo buono, ma porzioni veramente esigue, servizio cortese. Prezzo 37 Euro, che per quanto proposto sono troppi. C'è di meglio in zona...

04/10/2025: I had a coffee affogato, a scoop of cream thrown into a cappuccino cup with the coffee. A Marrocchino that tasted like milk and Nesquik. 10 euros

28/09/2025: Arrogant, bitter, and rude cashier... I ordered two coffees and what I thought was a long biscuit. When it was served, the lady snapped at me, telling me I hadn't been clear in my order and that it was actually a brioche and therefore cost more. Her manners were quite rude and inappropriate, in front of all the other customers at the counter with me. I immediately paid the €0.80 difference, shocked by this woman's manners. I strongly advise against this bar, where politeness is unknown.

14/09/2025: Nice and clean place. Friendly staff, poor quality food, poorly cooked. Prices are too high. Excellent wine and myrtle liqueur.

05/10/2025: I don't recommend it!!! We placed an order and all the food arrived cold and shoddy. The farinata was sour, the focaccia was raw, and the pizzas were shoddy and the chips were cold and stale. I've never seen such disgusting food. 🤮🤮🤮 Highly not recommended. 👎👎👎

29/09/2025: The local kebab shop!!! Excellent pizza (depending on the type of place), delicious kebab! Always fresh ingredients! I recommend takeout!

11/10/2025: Until 11 in the morning there's nothing savory... not even a sandwich... not even a piece of focaccia... NOTHING at all. The American coffee isn't American coffee... in fact, the waiter confessed to us that it's not his job!!! Plus, they come and ask you for money as if we wanted to run away and not pay!!! Like beggars, with all due respect for beggars! Is it possible that in Piazza Castello in Turin there are such restaurant establishments??? Shame on you!

05/10/2025: A bit too crowded, that's the only reason why I'm only giving it a 4 star review. Other than that, it was just fine - a friendly staff, quality of the coffee was excellent (I've tried the Espresso from the "Women in Coffee" initiative). I like the Vergnano coffee and if you don't mind a bit busier and touristy place, it is an OK spot in the city center to have a coffee and maybe a little snack.

HISTORY: The Vergnano coffee roasting company was founded in 1882 near Turin by the Vergnano family, starting with a small shop. Over time, the business grew, gradually becoming a full-fledged company. The first coffee shop, like this one, opened in 2000, with the visionary intention of being an ambassador for Italian espresso around the world, thanks to its slow, artisanal roasting. A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE: Walking along this beautiful street, I was drawn to this place. Upon entering, I appreciated the minimalist furnishings, with unique lighting and wooden details, reminiscent of old-fashioned shops, in keeping with ancient tradition. I then had the opportunity to enjoy an excellent breakfast at the outdoor tables, with an espresso and croissant. FUN FACT: DID YOU KNOW THAT...? 04/10/2025: Terrible service. Two hours for four pizzas ordered from Just Eat, and it's not the first time. This is the third time I've ordered and the same thing happens: two or more hours late, and they don't even answer the phone.

26/09/2025: I've never seen a place like this before, where to begin... The filth as soon as you walk in, or perhaps the disorganization that reflects the owner/staff's lack of training, not to mention their rudeness... I've never seen a place like this!!!

31/08/2025: Nothing like the other stores in the group. The appetizer platter is made with burnt or stale pizza scraps. They make the wrong cocktails, and the place is dirty. To keep it that way, close it down or fix it immediately.

01/11/2025: Nothing positive, prices aren't displayed, 12 takeaway croissants cost €45, the bill was hand-written, and I had to ask for a receipt. Avoid it; you can find much better in Turin.

10/10/2025: The worst bar I've tried in the last year. A plate of vegetables with water and coffee cost €14. When I respectfully and kindly asked if a food contained soy (I'm allergic), I was told, "When in doubt, don't eat it."

12/08/2025: Pleasant atmosphere with professional service and excellent products.

11/08/2025: A freshly squeezed orange juice and a sparkling orange soda served in a tiny glass worth its weight in gold. I think I paid 3 kilos for oranges. In Milan perhaps, but we were in Ivrea. It was the first and last time there.

02/10/2025: I gave it one star because I can't give it less. The staff is sullen, grumpy, rude, and unwilling to work. I've been there several times hoping something would change, but nothing. I couldn't even see the chocolate in the cup with binoculars. It almost seems like she's being cheap, as if she's paying for it herself. The worst of all is a sullen, dark-haired girl who's always sulking. I'll never go back.

12/08/2025: Terrible service, the girl who served me and my friend was very rude, I wanted bubble milk and out of habit I said chocolate bubble tea and the girl arrogantly told me "eh no that's something else you don't have to choose between those"
