22/09/2025: It took them twenty minutes to bring us 2 sandwiches and 1 tramezzino. One of them was burnt and was in front of us, scraping the burnt sandwich so as not to make it obvious, we asked for a refund.

20/08/2025: The quality of the products is excellent but the Venere risotto with salmon, celery and pineapple was not good at all, the rice was mushy, undercooked, even considering the Venere type, and the combination with celery and raw salmon was not the best, I'm not fussy but this is the truth.

27/05/2025: Local present on Glovo, they confirm your orders and then don't deliver them to you, they disappear and don't even answer the phone during the hours they are open anyway!

02/06/2025: It really depends on the day, I'd say. I went there twice, and the first time everything was great. The cocktails had a good mix, there was music, and there were snacks to go with the cocktails. The service was friendly. The next time, the drinks came without ice. I can't say whether they actually contained alcohol. No snacks, and the waitress was a bit annoyed because she'd rather chat with someone sitting at a table.

30/01/2025: Sull'impasto della pizza, gli ingredienti utilizzati nulla da dire. A volte però il tutto è esasperato. Sia negli accostamenti dei sapori sia nei prezzi che a volte non sono giustificati. Servizio decisamente migliorabile

02/08/2025: Non è la prima volta che mangiamo alla Trattoria ma devo dare un giudizio medio perché ieri sera sembrava di stare ad un matrimonio,un piatto dietro l'altro con pochissimissima attenzione e cura. Arrivati alle 20:15 circa abbiamo appreso che avevano quasi terminato un gruppo numeroso ma questo voler correre da un tavolo all'altro,co.e se fosse un matrimonio,non è proprio cosa che apprezzo. Antipasti buoni ma miseri primo piatto senza alcuna stella. Il mio dolce,frolla con pera cioccolato e ricotta era freddo di frigo.....

09/10/2025: I think I have food poisoning. I ate one of their falafel wraps two hours ago and spent the last hour on the toilet. My stomach still feels very weak. Unfortunately, looking at the other reviews makes it very clear. Not recommended!

27/07/2025: There are countless problems with poke. I consider myself extremely lucky not to have any allergies because cross-contamination is endless. They use the same ladle for different trays; if food falls on the counter, it gets pushed into the trays and mixed with the rest. The quantities are ridiculous for a €15 dish. The difference between the regular and the large seems like only a ton of rice, which isn't even covered by the very small amounts of protein and vegetables. The fish doesn't even taste fresh. Hygiene is beyond comment. Highly discouraged. I will never return.

24/09/2025: The owner is the most delightful person I've met in Turin :) Her desserts are designed for well-being, fresh, with genuine ingredients, and DELICIOUS!!! 27/10/2025: I came with my boyfriend on Sunday for lunch, and unfortunately it was a terrible experience. They sat me outside, and there were bees everywhere. I understand that it's a season that attracts bees, but the waiters are really rude. I asked for help because I couldn't figure out how to order cold sake on my phone (I asked if they could give me a tablet; they didn't give it to me. They scanned it from the QR code, but I could see that a customer next to me had a tablet). Besides that, they didn't even answer the sake question. Maybe the girl doesn't speak Italian, but she could at least ask her colleagues to help. I then asked another male waiter if the missing dishes, like the grilled ravioli and gunkan, would arrive, but no one explained anything and gave me a dirty look. I waited about 15 minutes without anything arriving, so in the end I left. Really poor service and disrespectful attitude towards the customers. It's a shame, because the place seemed nice, but the staff management needs a complete overhaul.

03/11/2025: Fairly good food, but high prices for the quality. The interior dining room is very nice, but unfortunately I gave it two stars because we ended up with the outdoor dining room because they forgot our reservation. It wasn't exactly the best, with no door leading outside, so cold air came in, with only a gas stove heating the place. The service was good, but unfortunately, the owner's insistence on cash payment for convenience kept me from giving it two stars.

17/08/2025: Terrible! €40 for a terribly prepared barbecue. They managed to charge €40 to a 3-year-old who obviously didn't eat anything.

25/10/2025: Highly recommended, always fresh and of excellent quality, not to mention the wonderful single-servings! The glazed chestnuts are fresh and excellent during this period, and the brioche is always fresh and excellent.

24/10/2025: Highly recommended! They always have fresh, delicious croissants, not to mention their desserts, which are absolutely wonderful!

06/05/2025: Esperienza sempre positiva all’Orto del Frate. Ci torniamo spesso ogni volta che saliamo, sia in coppia, in famiglia o con amici. È uno di quei posti dove sai cosa aspettarti: cucina semplice, porzioni giuste, ambiente rilassato. Il locale non è particolarmente caratteristico, ma è comodo e piacevole, perfetto per una pausa dopo una giornata sulla neve o per una cena informale. Niente di memorabile, ma mai una delusione. Un punto fermo affidabile a Sauze.

22/10/2025: A waiter who sets prices based on the customer's needs and makes fun of them, thinking we don't understand! Asks for €2 per person IN ADDITION TO DRINKS to be able to sit outside... Sir, when you're not a good waiter, you change jobs, otherwise the terrace was beautiful :)
