06/02/2025: Sito all'inizio di via Po, quasi a fianco del Teatro Regio (l'uscita posteriore immette su via Verdi proprio a lato della costruzione), vi si accede da un bel frontone d'epoca in legno chiaro. L'interno è diviso in due salette, non grandi, ma il piano superiore accoglie una cinquantina di sedute. Domina il bianco, mentre danno colore montagne di gianduiotti ben disposti di produzione artigianale. Il soffitto a volta, in mattoni, è caratterizzato dai grandi lampadari in stile veneziano. Buoni i dolcetti esposti, tramezzini e toast, ma si preparano anche piatti veri e propri (12/15 €). Personale pronto, accogliente, gentile. Prezzi nella norma (1,50 il caffè, 2,50 il marocchino, 3,50/5 la piccola pasticceria). Servizi puliti e adeguati. Merita una sosta!,

02/02/2025: Very expensive for what it offers. Rooms to be renovated, dilapidated bathroom (with warning: "Be careful not to slip due to leakage"). Inattentive service (they forgot an order). Small so-so pastry shop, normal bicerin, very high prices compared to what it offers (a coffee €2.50). The table next to us sent the sandwich back, calling it nauseating. I have been coming here for twenty years but in the last few years it has changed management I think and it has gotten a lot worse.

09/02/2025: Ottimo ristorante a Sestriere, piatti ricercati con ingredienti di qualità. Ottimi i primi, spettacolare la carne. Buona scelta di vini. Da Provare.

16/02/2025: Ieri ci siamo recati al rifugio Fredarola. Eravamo curiosi di vederlo. Alle 10 ci siamo fermati ed abbiamo ordinato 3 caffè al banco. Siamo stati invitati a sederci al tavolo,nonostante un cartello indicasse che non si effettuava servizio al banco dalle 11 alle 15. Non c'era gente e il cameriere ha preso l'ordine. Dopo 15 minuti di attesa abbiamo fermato un cameriere per chiedere info sui nostri caffè. ...verifico,la sua risposta,ma nessuno si è visto. Ne abbiamo fermato un altro....stessa risposta e stesso risultato. Sono allora andata al banco e il titolare mi ha chiesto se avevo bisogno. Gli ho spiegato la situazione e lui si è scusato lamentandosi del barista. Sono tornata a sedermi,fiduciosa.... Dopo 25 minuti ce ne siamo andati...senza aver visto l'ombra di un caffè. .... Non era orario di punta,gente non ce n'era molta....

27/01/2025: Questo rifugio ha un'anima. il FREDAROLA è sicuramente il rifugio più cool delle dolomiti. completamente rifatto ed arredato in maniera originalissima. La vista sulla Marmolada è meravigliosa, la cucina è ottima ed il servizio è attento. RUDY è il numero 1,molto simpatico.. ci ha consigliato la carne e ci ha trattato molto bene. I prezzi sono assolutamente adeguati alla proposta.

06/08/2024: I'm celebrating my 40th birthday, 40 people... they put me in a plastic tent, with plastic tables and chairs... we ate well (the chef was a great friend of mine, Vito), the room attendants were cheerful but we get to the bill: 25 euro each for 5 small appetizers, 2 slices of roast (very good) and 5 pieces of baked potatoes.. I brought the ice cream cake from outside, they took it out 1 hour before and it was all melted, 70 euros for the cake cut ( they had not specified before). We paid with the guests disconcerted by the behavior. Not recommended Disappointed...everyone!
