03/08/2025: I can only write about breakfast, perhaps because I wanted a croissant, but the brioche I got was a cornetto. I can assure you there's a difference between a croissant and a cornetto. I also had the "cube," but it was too stringy, with not enough cream, perhaps from the previous day. The service was excellent. Patience.

20/06/2025: I ordered a pizza as my first order and due to an app problem it didn't apply the 10% discount as they said automatically, they told me to delete the order (impossible) and then solve it another day. I had ordered at 7:20 pm from the app and even though I showed up earlier they only started preparing it at 7:36 pm. After a 20 minute delay the pizza finally came out

13/07/2025: For work I was in the square this afternoon and after work I had a ginseng choosing this bar and I have not regretted it, I found kindness, smiles, simplicity and if I were to return I would try them, thanks for being true💋

04/07/2025: Warm draft beer.....when it is communicated to the counter, the answer is for nothing professional. In a VIP place like Sestriere professionalism is a must.

03/06/2025: It was very pleasant to be welcomed with bruschetta and glasses of prosecco. Excellent food and adequate portions, service with the right timing and a friendly and helpful waiter. Quiet, simple and clean environment. Recommended, we will definitely be back

17/03/2025: Dusty carpet, hair everywhere, bathroom fixtures that are at least 40 years old. Vacuum cleaner noise as early as 7am. Scandalous that such a place still has 4 stars. If it were to be rated today it would be 1 star

11/08/2025: Excellent breakfast, with a wide selection of croissants, cakes, and sandwiches. We ordered croissants and tarts, and the cappuccinos and juices were excellent. Quick service. The only downside is the price. It's too high, even though the quality is really good. Nice place.

07/06/2025: Ci sediamo di venerdì sera, nella location di Piazza Carignano, ed il locale era vuoto…brutto presagio! Ordiniamo, fra le altre pizze, due pizze 100% integrali come segnalato a caratteri cubitali nel menù ed una birra analcolica. Ci servono le pizze INTEGRALI della stessa fattura delle altre…subito chiediamo alla cameriera, che ci assicura che sono proprio quelle integrali… le assaggiamo e non c’era nessuna differenza rispetto a quelle normali…richiedo una verifica con il pizzaiolo, visto che l’impasto era palesemente normale. Arriva dopo poco, credo un responsabile, che candidamente ci dice sì la pizza è integrale ma al 40% perché altrimenti sarebbe complicata lavorarla… faccio presente che sul menu c’è scritto 100% integrale e che secondo la legge italiana non è possibile scrivere una indicazione e non rispettarla! dopo poco mi accorgo che anche la birra zero alcool… era invece una birra senza glutine!!! domando alla cameriera spiegazioni e lei candidamente mi dice: sì quelli del Bar mi hanno detto di servirla poiché è la stessa cosa!!! Ogni ulteriore commento credo sia superfluo… lascio a Voi la scelta di provare questa esperienza!!! Per onore di cronaca il responsabile non ci ha fatto pagare una pizza e la birra…gesto certamente apprezzabile ma che non può far dimenticare la pessima esperienza!

02/08/2025: I came this morning for breakfast: cappuccino menu with barley cappuccino and ReCacao. I'm wondering: do you do any tests before assigning staff to the public??? I should point out that this isn't my first time here; in fact, I come regularly, but staff turnover isn't always good! The cappuccino was worse than a latte and watered down (the staff probably doesn't yet know how to use steam properly). It's a shame because I've always liked this Mc's. Oh well... Goodbye Mc's Nichelino.

02/08/2025: I'm a loyal customer, but this evening just didn't go well!! I went to McDonald's in Mondo Juve (now my go-to McDonald's) expecting the usual friendly treatment from the staff, but unfortunately, I was left very disappointed. Aside from the undercooked chicken wings, the thing that bothered me most was the annoyed and listless attitude of the drive-thru cashier (Miriam). When I asked to confirm the presence of the beach towel (which was included in the offer), she addressed me in a very arrogant and annoyed (almost mocking) tone with the aforementioned phrase: "Yes, it's already there! Can't you see?!" I understand that the workload and constant contact with the public can be taxing, but I wasn't expecting such a response to a simple, polite question. I hope it doesn't happen again soon!

07/05/2025: The food is plentiful, also because there is a large table with every type of appetizer where you can choose the quantity, the first and second courses are served by the friendly and affable staff. The only sore point is the slightly old environment, 70's style... if it were renovated it would undoubtedly gain more marks

06/05/2025: Esperienza sempre positiva all’Orto del Frate. Ci torniamo spesso ogni volta che saliamo, sia in coppia, in famiglia o con amici. È uno di quei posti dove sai cosa aspettarti: cucina semplice, porzioni giuste, ambiente rilassato. Il locale non è particolarmente caratteristico, ma è comodo e piacevole, perfetto per una pausa dopo una giornata sulla neve o per una cena informale. Niente di memorabile, ma mai una delusione. Un punto fermo affidabile a Sauze.
