06/08/2025: I'm giving everything one star because it's the lowest I can get. The service is embarrassing. You ask for a hot chocolate and they laugh. Shameful. Out of this world. They'll never see me again. I'll also add that the place needs to be reported for the higher prices at the register compared to the menu just because they didn't want to make a hot chocolate. So instead of 5.50, they charged us 7 euros for a crazy hot chocolate. Go bust.

06/08/2025: We were blasted because we asked for a hot chocolate, we are honest citizens who pay taxes and I think it is more than right to enjoy a hot chocolate before doing 1h in the morning

03/07/2025: Lunch at Gianni e Lili has been a safe bet for years now. Honest prices and super-fast service are what people like me need when their time is limited. Abundant and good-quality first and second courses. If nothing on the daily menu inspires you, the pizza is fantastic. The place is a bit noisy when crowded, as it lacks soundproofing. Thanks for all the times you fed us!

04/04/2025: Dopo anni passati tutti i giorni a consumare in questo locale essendo lì d avanti tutti i giorni con il servizio taxi quindi colazioni caffè e sigarette oggi entro consumo al banco tabacchi e chiedo la possibilità di andare in bagno e una creatura in modo poco simpatico mi viene a dire che se non consumo anche al bar non posso andare in bagno...... Senza parole Nel bar vicino saranno più cordiali per chi gli porta soldi tutti i giorni

29/04/2025: Aperitivo correlato a una conferenza del Circolo dei Lettori. Situato in un luogo storico (Palazzo Graneri della Roccia), intatto e perfettamente conservato, molto suggestivo e silenzioso. Ideale per far conversazioni davanti a un bicchiere e a qualche stuzzichino. Un'ottima selezione di salumi e formaggi; forse si può lavorare su pizze e focacce, migliorandone la qualità. Prosecco discreto. Personale molto cortese.

22/02/2025: Bicchieri e piatti di carta nel buffet Cucchiaini carta x yogurt Signora pulizie con carrello delle pulizie attraversa sala mentre le persone mangiano Buffet non ricchissimo ma buono : mancano ad esempio formaggi ed affettati e soprattutto i pancakes o i bugels tipici delle culture anglosassoni : non dovrebbero essere tra i piatti da scegliere bensì nel buffet Personale molto gentile e disponibile

01/08/2025: On Sunday, July 27th, while I was out walking with a friend, we stopped in front of the place for a granita. I asked if it was gluten-free. The girl working there couldn't answer, so she asked the guy behind the counter (calling him sir is a compliment). He replied, "This will make everything go away," laughing. It was very offensive to those who suffer from a condition that shouldn't be trifled with; it's gambling with people's lives and health. If you don't have a basic understanding, don't be a restaurateur. Your ignorance can kill people.

17/08/2025: The prices are very high for the quality they serve; €12 for a tomato pasta dish seems excessive. The only positive note is the service, the girl was very kind and welcoming! Not recommended!

15/08/2025: Alternative Ferragosto.... We're hot and decide to go out for dinner on a super chaotic day (August 15th). We look at the menu and decide! A beautiful, well-organized and clean location where you can have breakfast, brunch, lunch, and aperitif (it offers many options). Evening aperitifs with a DJ set are also available. Anyway, back to the Ferragosto menu (I'm attaching photos). Excellent dishes, beautifully presented and well-served (PS: I'm in the industry). Excellent products, all very fresh. Prices are reasonable. The staff is very kind and attentive to all requests! What can I say? If you're in the area, stop by, even just for a coffee! Highly recommended!!

27/04/2025: We have been several times for breakfast, but the dislike of the owner and the staff always remains the same, a shame because the place is nice and the desserts are good, even if the fruit cakes we got this morning were not fresh that day but from the day before. Definitely high prices, and little, or rather little space to move around with children.

27/05/2025: Everything is poor, from the food, whose raw materials leave much to be desired, including the oil in which the potatoes are immersed, moreover, evidently frozen. Resigned and hungry we tried to consume baked goods such as puccia and pizza, with results similar to those of the hamburger and pasta. To this we must add the poor hygiene, sticky tables, open kitchen where you can see the pots and steel left to themselves, while, access to the bathroom is not recommended due to the indecent conditions, but, perhaps, leaving it like that means it is not used. I recommend not stopping at this place, even on nights when there is a band because even on those nights the music starts late and ends early and the acoustics transforms everything into a great noise; the service is usually poor, on nights dedicated to music it stops completely, I happened to wait for over an hour and have to leave without eating with the arrogant greetings of the owner.

05/08/2025: We had a great time! On Monday, August 4th, my girlfriend and I decided to eat at this restaurant (thanks largely to the fantastic 50% discount on TheFork) and we ate divinely. From the appetizers to the first course and dessert. I'm sad to see so many negative reviews, but I absolutely give this place 5 stars! The location is also beautiful and tastefully decorated. If I really had to find something wrong, I'd adjust the air conditioning temperature inside the restaurant, because it's way too high! Thank you so much for everything, especially for the professionalism and kindness of the waiters, who made us feel at ease right away!

15/07/2025: My wife and I come here every now and then for our wedding anniversary. We're romantically attached to the place, even though the entire staff has changed. However, we're deeply disappointed and don't think we'll be back. The poor waiter alone couldn't handle 10 tables, and the wait was too long, even when welcoming guests with reservations. Overall, the service was disappointing. The food was good, but the wait was so long that it puts you off.

01/07/2025: 8.14pm I call and order 2 rolled kebabs and 1 plate with meat and chips at home, stressing that I had to leave the house at 9pm! I ask if they could make it for me right away and they say yes! Time passes and they don't arrive so I call to ask if it was arriving... they tell me at 8.52pm that they had just taken the order in hand! 🤷🏼‍♀️ anyway I complain about it in the end they arrive at 9.12pm! I pay 20 euros and once to eat I can already smell the patina of the kebab plate which was made of "old" oil in fact inedible, the meat on the plate very little and the rolled sandwiches small and obviously with the same low quality! They didn't even apologize when they brought me the stuff late. I called to complain about the quality and at least on the phone the other person said they apologized and that if necessary I could go there to fix the inconvenience.

04/06/2025: The staff is very friendly, nice, easy-going and the kebab is always excellent. A very pleasant place to spend the evening in company, even watching television. A very rich variety of dishes, including pizzas, kebabs, chips, hot dogs, farinata and so on. You come in once and you can't help but come back.

23/07/2025: I'm giving it one star because I can't give it 0 for goodness sake, arguing in front of customers. I found a hair on my plate, but it's worth nothing, if you will. It was better a couple of years ago.
