Ogni piatto è preparato con cura, utilizzando ingredienti freschi e di prima scelta. La cucina riesce sempre a sorprendere con abbinamenti equilibrati e porzioni generose. L’ambiente è accogliente e il personale gentile e attento. Una tappa obbligata per chi cerca il gusto della tradizione piemontese con un tocco di raffinatezza. Complimenti davvero!

10/05/2025: C'était un lundi soir. Nous logions dans le centre de Turin. Tous les bons restaurants étaient complets. Nous avons atterri au Bifro. En poussant la porte, nous avons compris que l'endroit manquait d'authenticité. Au final, une facture délirante pour un repas banal. Aïe !

02/08/2025: Let's say that the location in the heart of Piazza Vittorio in Turin eliminates any aspects that could be improved... you can't serve a cutting board without bread and knives or an 18 euro cutting board with two slices of cheese... you can do better!!!!

17/06/2025: We went to the police station trattoria on Sunday by chance Piedmontese cuisine but when appetizers few tagliolini with ragù the ragù you had to look for a spoonful on the pasta second courses meatballs.. I eat them at home chicken rolls all crushed or there was trout in carpione a quarter of wine water coffee for the modest sum of 38 euros per person very expensive
The only good thing I ate were the breadsticks

13/05/2025: I was there on a Sunday for lunch with my family.. the place is typical of the area, a historic restaurant where the cuisine is very traditional and of excellent quality
The owners are very welcoming and knowledgeable. If you want to eat quality typical Piedmontese food, with a choice of fish, this is the right place.
I highly recommend

16/07/2025: Restaurant full of cobwebs and spiders... not very welcoming and uncomfortable stairs, average service, food too heavy and not up to expectations, price too expensive, my 10 month old child who didn't eat anything was charged €16, my 2 year old son paid €12, my friend's 4 year old son paid another €12 and they didn't eat anything, when asked why so many children didn't eat, the cashier's answer was, that they've been doing this for 50 years and then the children tasted.
