A casual and quirky little restaurant, discovered by chance, perfect for those who love sandwiches but want to break the mold. The menu focuses heavily on burgers, paninis, and various seafood options, with anything but ordinary combinations. We tried two sandwiches in particular: one with octopus and the other, decidedly more daring, with raw salmon and coppa. On paper, it might seem like a bold combination, especially given the presence of meat and fish... but it was a real surprise. The flavors blended perfectly, without one overpowering the other, creating a balanced and truly delicious sandwich. As a treat, we also ordered some very special shellfish croquettes: we expected something more compact, like a classic meatball, but instead, inside there was a soft and flavorful purée that won us over immediately. Different from the usual, but definitely a good one. Unfortunately, no noteworthy photos: the sandwiches were too tempting and we couldn't capture them properly, just a quick stock photo 😅 That said, the experience was incredibly positive: we'd go back in a heartbeat and really hope to find this chain in other cities. A discovery definitely worth trying!

Booked through TheFork to get the discount. We ordered a trio of raw fish (not pictured because we're so hungry we forget the photos), fish and chips, and spaghetti with shrimp, pesto, lemon, and almonds (plated perfectly; in the photo, we'd already eaten a forkful). The positive aspect is definitely the quality of the food; everything was delicious, no doubt about it. The negative aspects, in my opinion, are: 1) they didn't mention on the menu at the entrance that there's a 40-minute wait for the "assasina di mare" (which is why we opted for shrimp and pesto; we couldn't wait that long). 2) The focus on sustainability is evident in every aspect, but I wonder: does it really make sense to serve everything in takeout-style paper containers, with biodegradable cutlery and cups (which will be disposed of and resources were used to produce them) when you could use standard ceramic plates and glass cups? This leaves me quite perplexed... 3) The trio of raw fish, accompanied by salad and croutons, arrived already seasoned, as the waiter pointed out when he served it to us: but what if I had wanted it without condiments? I'd prefer to have them on the side and decide the right amount myself. The prices were fairly reasonable; we didn't leave feeling hungry. Maybe a little less sauce on the spaghetti; it was soooo abundant (almost heavy), and we didn't really notice the lemon.

Informal and welcoming place, fast service, excellent menu, and a taste of the sea. They're very committed to recycling—well done!

Excellent dinner. We had chips, shellfish meatballs, and two classic fish sandwiches. Everything was truly amazing, the service was fast and attentive. We were looked after by Elisa, attentive and friendly. A 5-star experience!

The staff was friendly. Since we'd made a reservation through The Fork, they sat us down and took our order at the table. The sandwiches are delicious, beautiful, and super filling. The fish is incredibly fresh.

A fast food restaurant with a low-cost approach. Good, tasty fish sandwich. Prices vary in different cities. It's not a franchise, and that, in my opinion, is better.
