I read the reviews and was shocked. The prices aren't high, considering you're getting gelato at an award-winning establishment in a historic location in Turin. You'll find the same prices at other ice cream shops that only do more marketing outside, and takeaway options. Prices are absolutely competitive, if not below average. Yesterday I got a cup of two flavors for €3.50 in Collegno, here for €3 in the center of Turin, and quality you can't imagine. My son and I visited the lab below, all the primary ingredients are locally sourced, always made the same day. Other ice cream shops deliver pre-made bags to be mixed with milk... please inquire before commenting. It breaks my heart.

The dairy flavors are very good. The dairy-free (dark) flavors are less so. The staff isn't very friendly; they put me off eating ice cream.

Miretti Gelateria has one of the best gelato flavors in the city. I truly love their gelato, always creamy and rich in flavor. It's a pleasure to return every time, because every bite is special and satisfying. I love stopping here whenever I can.

I tried the delicious gelato at Miretti—great flavor, not too sweet. I tried the coconut and the very special San Giovanni cream (with saffron and pepper)! The staff were very kind and patient in explaining the flavors. For the prices, a small cup to go costs €3, which seems more than fair.
