18/01/2024: Always fantastic pizza, lovely place, friendly staff and fantastic owner

28/12/2023: Went for a dinner during the week, the restaurant is located in a side street at the entrance to Piazza Santa Rosa, there is a sign above the vault of an arch, the entrance is a little further on and leads to the first floor. The place is not very large and has two rooms, one at the entrance with the exposed oven and the other at the back of the first room. The menu is well stocked for pizzas and they also offer restaurant dishes. The table was set with a tablecloth and cloth napkin, which justifies the €2 cover charge. The service, in terms of timing, is normal; the pizza was well cooked without burns and the bottom of the pizza was light; the base is thin and the cornice is not too high; the seasoning was sufficient and I particularly liked the tomato sauce. The dessert was a normal tiramisu with pan di stelle biscuit, different from the usual but which doesn't meet my tastes. The price paid is good, the environment is nice and the helpfulness of the staff is excellent. Very likely I will return.
