RistoMacelleria Gastronomia d'Ale In Cuneo

We came for the first time tonight, I must say that we ate and enjoyed some delicious meat, really compliments, I will certainly be back other times, keep it up. Super staff see you next time

Abbiamo scoperto questa straordinaria Macelleria Braceria durante un soggiorno mordi e fuggi a Cuneo, trovandola a pochi passi dal ns hotel e rimanendo colpiti in maniera fantastica dalla sua qualita'e quantita'. Premetto che siamo appassionati di hamburgerie e ne abbiamo provate tantissime durante i ns giri per l'Italia e per il Mondo, ma poche meritano una menzione speciale come D'Ale. Gia'all'ingresso noti un'atmosferta informale ma ricercata, con i tavoli posizionati vicino ai banconi della vendita al dettaglio, con i clienti del locale che si passano vicini mentre consumi il tuo pranzo... questo offre un ulteriore tocco di genuinita'all'organizzazione.... abbiamo preso 1 panino e un hamburger al piatto, con carne di eccezionale qualita.... si scioglieva in bocca e aveva un sapore fantastico, ottimi pure i contorni con menzione particolare per la cipolla caramellata. Ottima anche la cotoletta di pollo per la ns bambina, anche se dapprima era stata cotta per poco tempo. Lo staff e'stato gentilissimo e ha portato gratis una seconda cotoletta per scusarsi per l'errore. Buona anche la scelta delle birre, tutte a km 0 del territorio. In conclusione un posto fantastico, quasi un tesoro nascosto del territorio, con una carne dal sapore fantastico. Conto assolutamente in linea con quanto offerto: 58 euro per un piatto, un panino, una cotoletta e due birre. Se dovessimo tornare a Cuneo, sara'uno dei ns primi pensieri. Andateci senza se e senza ma!

Wonderful experience, a really interesting place, you enter the butcher's shop and leave after having tasted excellent Piedmontese meat (there are meats and cuts of meat also from abroad and other regions) and an excellent glass of wine. Few places, definitely worth visiting again when you come to Cuneo.

Delicious meat, friendly staff. They don't use gluten-free flour, which is a plus for a completely gluten-free place. As a celiac and lactose intolerant, I had a great time, it's a shame that there aren't places like this in Milan!

Lunch today, Saturday 4 November. As always, the quality of the products served and especially the meat is excellent. Advice given from the heart.....an extra smile, a thank you and a please from those serving at the table, would have ensured that the 5 stars would have been yours. In addition to the quality of the products, feeling pampered and not "a burden" would be the best for the customer.

I purchased the meat from them today, kindness, friendliness and professionalism reign supreme.. then the meat you are spoiled for choice. I absolutely recommend..
