Truly TOP-NOTCH gelato!!! Delicious and incredibly creamy, they use top-quality ingredients, and the difference compared to other gelato shops is remarkable. The woman who served us the gelato on Via Cavallotti was truly kind and professional. A must-try when we come to Cuneo! Recommended because it's truly 5-star gelato at a fair price. So far, the best gelato I've ever had. Finally, flavors full of flavor, not sugar! I loved the gluten-free and lactose-free flavors. I loved the fruit, and my husband loved the creamy flavors. Even the cone's wafer is high-quality, nice and fresh! 🩷

06/06/2026: I was at the Castle for a wedding. A stunning place, beautifully maintained, both in the outdoor park and the indoor hall.
03/06/2026: A dream come true I don't think we could have gotten married in a better place than Castello di Solaro. Professionalism and extreme care in every detail. Elegance in every gesture and every choice. Refined table setting. A varied and high-quality menu. Everything was perfect.

15/07/2026: Very welcoming place, professional and knowledgeable staff. Fantastic pizza. I was in the area today for work and it was a revelation. I recommend it.
12/07/2026: The food is good, but wait for takeaway is horrible. Took over 1 hour to receive the food, and they even failed with the ingredients/topping. Ordered a pizza with "Agilio, Cipolla, Funghi, Pocca Mozzarella, Prosciutto Crudo, Rucola and Scaglie Grana(Parmesan)", but there were no onion or garlic, instead they added nduja and olives... Pizza slightly undercooked, but still good.
