Persipien In Lagnasco

An excellent restaurant that serves fresh, flavorful fish on Sundays and other evenings. We'd been looking for a seafood restaurant near us for a while. We found it, but the search wasn't easy because we're picky. The fish is treated well and expertly here. We enjoyed a Levantine salad on a bed of "sarset," a Piedmontese version of lamb's lettuce. Amazing. Then a Sicilian-style swordfish, well-cooked and flavorful. Finally, a crepe with persi pien. The price was reasonable for the quality. Thank you, and... see you soon.

I didn't have the pleasure of eating here, I only tried the pastry products, the quality/price ratio is high and I was satisfied with it
