Upon arriving at the La Poiana Cooperative, we were warmly welcomed by Cristina. In addition to her professionalism and expertise, we greatly appreciated her advice and presentations of the cheeses and their possible pairings with honey, sauces, and matching wines. She accompanied us until the end of lunch with constant courtesy and care. In the afternoon, Arianna accompanied us on a tour of the dairy, from the stables to the aging rooms, which seem like a wonderland with their aromas and precious cheeses. Thank you for your availability and kindness. We will definitely be back.

Nestled between the mountains, this place is like heavenly cheese. Perfect for relaxing after a hike in the mountains.

A spectacle. Top-quality cheeses accompanied, depending on the season, with polenta and cured meats. A small selection of excellent wines to accompany them. A very friendly welcome and detailed explanations of all the cheeses. I recommend it!

We visited Poiana on a gloomy day, almost at closing time... Mrs. Cristina welcomed us with kindness and a warm smile, preparing an excellent aperitif for us with a delicious platter of the house's signature cured meats and cheeses. The most enjoyable part was staying afterward to play a game of checkers with some friendly locals. Highly recommended for an aperitif in the valley, for their kindness and delicious local products.
