16/07/2025: For those who LOVE the mountains, the water flowing under your feet is also great, and especially at that height, you've found the right place. The first impression is seeing these massifs that naturally envelop you, and then guys, the game is done, it's all to be discovered, made sweet by doing nothing, walking on the paths or eating the proposals that they will make you on the spot.

26/08/2025: We vacationed in France and many parts of Italy, and this was, hands down, the best icecream we had. It trastes very artisan, and delicious. And for half the price! Which means it's for locals, not tourists. Though if you're in the area, you should check out Peveragno. Very beautiful.

03/09/2025: A beautiful location that combines the remains of a Roman aqueduct with refined modern furnishings. The menu is predominantly traditional, with the addition of fish dishes. Barbara and I chose the traditional tasting menu (€40 per person) and found it very good. The service was also excellent, especially if you're a bit fussy and want to be a bit quick between courses. The price is average. Congratulations to everyone.
23/08/2025: Beautiful, very characteristic place, relaxing atmosphere, very kind and attentive staff.
The raw meat was very well seasoned and the truffle was truly delicious.
The risotto al blu with raspberry and hazelnut sauce was fantastic!
A truly beautiful place, well done! I recommend it!

03/09/2025: Excellent food, generous portions, and a very friendly staff. This sums up a wonderful evening spent at La Fermata after a trip to Alba. Although we'd never visited these areas before, we were delighted by the excellent local cuisine! I personally recommend the tartare with black truffle, which for me was the best dish of the evening. It's a classic case of five stars not being enough.
