27/02/2026: Last Sunday, I celebrated my 50th birthday here with 35 friends and family, and it was simply perfect. The organization was impeccable, despite the large group; the service was attentive, friendly, and always punctual. We felt welcomed and pampered from start to finish. The food was nothing short of extraordinary: carefully prepared dishes, high-quality ingredients, and authentic Langhe flavors, prepared with obvious passion. Every course was appreciated by all the guests, which is not a given when there are so many! The wines were excellent and perfectly paired with the dishes, a selection that showcases the region and makes the experience even more special. The location is simply stunning, immersed in the splendid Langhe landscape, elegant yet welcoming, the ideal setting for such a significant occasion. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for making such a significant milestone unforgettable. We will definitely be back!

13/04/2026: Pizza is a complete meal that everyone loves. In Italy, we have to say, we're the best at making this masterpiece. The downside is when we eat our pizza; it often stays in our stomachs all night, and the next day we end up drinking gallons of water. Stella Polare makes a wonderful, feather-light pizza with quality ingredients that's easy to digest and doesn't leave a blockage in your esophagus. My compliments to the entire staff; keep it up, you'll get great results. I recommend takeout or enjoying it on the wonderful outdoor terrace.

27/03/2026: Excellent pizza but deplorable service…we had dinner on a Friday night, the restaurant was full…they kindly offered to serve us in less than 30 minutes, but as soon as we finished our pizza, they refused to serve us dessert even though there were 4 empty tables around us…WHAT BUSINESSMEN 😤

15/03/2026: I really appreciated the kindness of the staff, whom I had contacted by phone in advance to make sure there was a vegan option. They were very helpful in saving it for me. The jam brioche (top right) was good, but it would be even nicer to find some other options, such as dark chocolate, since it's already used in the classic brioches. The variety of plant-based drinks available (soy, oat, almond, and rice) was also very much appreciated. In any case, I recommend it if you're in Mondovì 😊

They fulfilled our every request, recommending places to see and experiences. It's a strategic location for those like us who wanted to visit the city of Turin and the Langhe region. I highly recommend Cascina Manzo, whether for a stay or a dinner, stop by. We definitely felt at home.

Five appetizers, two first courses, two second courses, and dessert. Everything was high-quality and with a very homely touch.

02/11/2025: Beautiful hotel located in Sommariva del Bosco. We found it thanks to Smartbox, and it was a wonderful stay. Comfortable rooms and breakfast/dinner with excellent service and quality food (especially the local specialties)! Daniela and Claudio's hospitality was a constant companion for two days, both attentive to detail and especially to their guests. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! We'll definitely be back!

05/04/2026: We stopped at this property on our way back from the beach. A delightful discovery: the hotel is in a spectacular location with a view, surrounded by silence and nature. The rooms are spotless and very spacious. The food is 5-star, with generous portions and excellent quality. The staff were incredibly friendly; we truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

26/12/2025: A solid confirmation of the quality of the food served by the impeccable staff at Pajarin. Whenever we're in the area, we always bring friends and/or family, who are invariably thrilled with every aspect and lavish compliments on the excellent selection. From appetizers to dessert, you can't help but be very satisfied, at a fair and reasonable price: the challenge is to finish every course... Special mention for Lasagna di Ormea, which alone is worth the trip!

28/02/2026: I always stop by when passing through the Stura Valley. This historic pastry shop has improved and reinvented itself following its change of ownership. Excellent. Must try. Now they also do first courses: superb.
