10/02/2025: Having arrived in Dogliani on a Sunday at lunchtime without any reservation, we tried to go in, an excellent welcome, confirming the possibility of having lunch, and what a surprise!!! The place was very nice and welcoming, as was the service, kind and prepared, the dishes were excellent and well presented, we will definitely return, congratulations!!

25/11/2024: Siamo partiti da Genova per provare questo posto che ci era stato consigliato. Il paesino è molto carino. Il locale è nella piazza centrale, con vetrate che rendono l interno molto luminoso e permettono di vedere fuori. Tutto molto chic e curato. Servizio attento. Il menù offre proposte tipiche piemontesi e 2 menù degustazione. Abbiamo scelto: Tajarin tagliati al coltello al sugo di salsiccia di Bra (una bella porzione abbondante) Tortelli di anatra, panna e fondo di cottura (una porzione un po’ scarsa ma ottimi!) Filetto alla Domenico Di manzo piemontese, piccola bagna cauda e cardi (carne di qualità eccezionale!) Coscia di vitella piemontese battuta al coltello, Castelmagno e condimento piemontese (ottima!) Abbiamo bevuto Due calici di nebbiolo (16€) Conto totale 95€ in due. Consigliato.

15/03/2025: Oggi abbiamo festeggiato il compleanno della mia amica Vilma. Come sempre, sono stata accolta con calore e rispetto, io sono paraplegica e non è così scontato, trovare una struttura idonea, alle mie esigenze. Ottimo pranzo, piatti tipici della Valle Maira, al giusto prezzo. Chiara ha preparato e decorato finemente la torta, grazie, alla prossima 😘

14/11/2024: Dopo un po' di tempo son tornato a pranzo, in quanto la Ca' Bianca non effettua più la cena. Sempre tutto molto buono e gentilezza massima. Vitello tonnato ottimo, trippa in umido sublime e torta di nocciole con crema chantilly da premio. Veramente un plauso a tutti. Alla prossima!

15/01/2025: In the square of the same name in Garessio, facing Tanaro, left side; in the small square where there is also the house surmounted by a small bell. Open from 7am to 8pm, also on Sundays. Courtesy and availability. Brioche not well cooked, they appear soft.

12/04/2025: I would say that pizza, at least in Piedmont, is unique. The lower floor is beautiful, characteristic and welcoming. Kind and efficient staff, especially Mr. NICOLA.

30/03/2025: Sabato sera a cena tra amici. Alcuni han mangiato la pizza, altri menù alla carta. Tutto molto bene, cibo molto buono con servizio ad hoc. Nulla da ridire e penso che ritorneremo senza ma e senza se. Bravi ragazzi il continuate così che siete sulla buona strada.

25/01/2025: Tutto buono in particolare la guancia , morbidissima . La cosa cosa però che mi ha colpito di più è stato il bunet, non sono mai stata una fan di questo dolce , ma grazie a loro è stata una buonissima riscoperta . Tornerò presto. Il personale è molto gentile .

20/03/2025: Kindness, cordiality and professionalism distinguish this restaurant… we had lunch on a weekday with a large and excellent quality menu. The dishes were delicious and prepared in an excellent way… with very fresh products! The manager treated us very well and pampered us like we hadn't in a long time! I absolutely recommend it! Very good quality and price! We will definitely be back!

22/03/2025: The place is beautiful, the tables are made on wine barrels; originals. Specialized in first courses, but you can also try appetizers and second courses. The quality of the raw materials is excellent, both the products with which they make the pasta sauces and the pasta itself, a choice of dry or fresh. The portions are generous but we advise you to leave room for the desserts because they are worth it, made by them, excellent and very fresh. Compliments! Alas, we live an hour's drive away and we don't manage to go as often as we would like but every time we leave this place always satisfied

02/02/2025: Cascina Roddino a Prunetto è un luogo fantastico dove gustare cibo fresco e di qualità. Ogni piatto è preparato con ingredienti locali. Il personale è eccezionale, in particolare Ugo, che con la sua cordialità rende l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Inoltre, hanno trovato una soluzione perfetta per una persona celiaca, dimostrando una grande attenzione alle esigenze degli ospiti. Un’ottima scelta per chi cerca un’esperienza culinaria autentica e accogliente! Non vediamo l’ora di tornarci ❤️

Una nota di merito alla cameriera più veloce del West sempre gentile e sorridente. Unico neo, il vino. Potrebbe migliorare. Qualità/prezzo eccezionale

30/03/2025: Highly recommended restaurant, the cuisine is simple and homely, really very good, the staff is kind, helpful, friendly and the service is fast and precise, an excellent place for Sunday lunches with the family or even just for a lunch break during work, the prices are affordable, the portions are generous, the Sunday lunch includes 5 starters, a first and second course of your choice and dessert. The only flaw in the place is the bathroom, it is located at the bottom of a fairly steep staircase and elderly people struggle to reach it. I recommend booking, it is very busy especially on weekends.

23/03/2025: I visited La Cà d'Olga last week and had an amazing time! The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the service was top-notch. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh ingredients, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!

02/11/2024: Pizza and focaccia in a pan of various types very good... the bread too🥖🥨🍞 ..They have pastries🍮🍰🧁 fresh🍪🍩🎂🍰🥧and dry, various biscuits🍪 and bakery and breakfast products🥐🥯🥛🍬🍭🍫 ...there are always a lot of people and in the center of the small shop they have placed a barrel (decorative, to display products) which however does not facilitate the passage of customers.🚦..I would recommend removing it because it makes access to the display counter difficult For the rest I absolutely recommend the bread and pizza...I will try the pastry shop soon
