04/03/2025: We booked at this restaurant to eat exclusively Piedmontese mixed fried food and we were very satisfied. Clean and welcoming place, staff very friendly and willing to repeat the portions. Excellent presentation of the wine list. The fried food was really good and had no traces of grease. I highly recommend trying it.

16/02/2025: Sunday of Piedmontese mixed fried food (house specialty) appetizer plate onion, savory pie and cooked salami served hot (very good) then the fried food served on a tray in three steps all good and all hot never greasy. Mixed dessert could be improved.

21/05/2025: We visited this restaurant, initially for a drink, during a multi-day cycling trip. Arriving on a Sunday, it was the only one open, and despite the end of the season, the owner agreed to serve us a meal. A big thank you to this gentleman; he really helped us out. I highly recommend this friendly place. P.S.: I hope he reads this review. "Thank you again, sir." 😉

22/03/2025: La pizza di per se è buona , la pecca è L organizzazione… ho aspettato quasi un ora le pizze, da asporto,ordinate con largo anticipo … Ho visto passarmi davanti e andar via, prima di me , persone che arrivavano senza prenotazione …. Il ragazzo alla cassa prende prenotazioni senza un senso logico , totalmente smarrito e privo di senso pratico … Una confusione totale …Avrei gradito che al momento della prenotazione mi venisse detto che non era possibile evadere L ordine nei tempi richiesti …

23/04/2025: I've been to this bar and I have to say it was a really pleasant experience! The food is delicious, you can feel the quality and care in every dish. The service is quick and efficient, ideal for those who have little time but don't want to give up taste. The staff is extremely kind and welcoming. Special thanks to Ivana, the waitress: always smiling, polite and attentive to detail. The owner Diego is very present and attentive to customer needs, a truly helpful and professional person. I highly recommend this place, I will definitely be back!

01/06/2025: Food: 6. I recommend ordering from the kitchen...but I don't recommend the pizzas. All burnt on the crust and underneath. Service: 3. We asked for many things... Always answered NO! Location: 7. Beautiful location, shame about not going to the ghilot garden...with irrigation open during dinner...even if we asked to turn it off for the children...not suitable for children and families. Price: 2. Very expensive for the service and the food we had. Not worth the candle. I DO NOT RECOMMEND VIVAVENTE....

27/04/2025: In the village of roses, the Alte Langhe hotel stands out for the kindness and courtesy of the owners. The restaurant is excellent. Simple and clean rooms. The only flaw is the toilet water load which never stops filling! Recommended place for value for money!

03/06/2025: I saw the place several years ago on a Borghese show "4 Ristoranti" and since we were in the area we decided to try it with my family. Apart from the prices, which in 7 years have not undergone significant transformations (as in other places) I was able to dine in a quiet, clean, silent place, with staff who were really attentive to detail. The dishes had the right proportions and were, in my opinion, really excellent. It is possible to eat at the tables outside, but I recommend the inside where there is a great atmosphere.

01/06/2025: A perfect combination of refinement and taste in a historic setting that will take your breath away for the large space both in height and width. The setting is elegant, cared for in perfect balance between modern and ancient. The tables are large and comfortable with a sober mise en place. The raw materials are of high quality and expertly prepared. We were pleasantly surprised by the flavors and details of the dishes that do not disappoint in terms of taste or portion. A lot of care and attention also from the service in the room. They welcomed us with kindness, pampered us without being intrusive. An experience for your taste buds that is definitely worth trying! We will definitely return to eat the plin and tajarin on our next trip to the Langhe. The small entree of Russian salad offered at the beginning as a welcome was very pleasant. As I always say: the small details make the difference and the chef with his staff certainly manages to convey the passion for their art! Highly recommended!

26/04/2025: Sublime cheeses! Castelmagno then...super! I see the review again today on 4/26/25: cheeses always top, nothing to say. But selling a 6-month-old Castelmagno for €45 per kilo... in the valley! Well, I buy gold, it makes me more. Be careful that the prices are not well displayed

18/11/2024: Un prezioso presidio della cucina genuina della montagna cuneese. Causa mia sono arrivato alcuni minuti oltre l'orario di chiusura, di un mercoledì, ma sono stato accolto con cortesia e disponibilità anche se i fornelli erano già spenti da un po'. Tutto molto curato, posate distinte per ogni piatto, vino rosso della casa davvero ottimo. Formaggi e insaccati con sapori di altri tempi, insalata dell'orto, crostata fatta in casa commovente. Prezzo molto contenuto. Bravi, spero possiate resistere. Francesco.
