21/05/2025: Always the best. Since I was a child I have had in my mind the kindness and cordiality with which these gentlemen and ladies can improve a person's day. They have always been fast and efficient, and always welcome each customer with a smile and a "good morning" from the moment you enter the place. Always excellent coffee, and delicious croissants. Five stars are not enough! Congratulations.

19/05/2025: Good morning, I went to eat, a very nice and clean place, it's a shame that the menu is limited in choice, 2 good starters, only one good first course on the menu, and the second course is either tomini or capollo which is not as good as grilled ham. It is not possible to keep the white wine in the fridge on ice because it does not have a special container. Damn, the name trattoria.... but you can do better.

31/03/2025: Ambiente rustico ed accogliente. Personale gentile e simpatico. Servizio preciso con tempi medi. Ottima la cucina dall'antipasto ai dolci. Struttura posizionata sulla statale ideale per chi è di passaggio ma non per la sosta, piccolo parcheggio. Bravi a tutto il personale. Ci ritornerò e lo consiglio con prenotazione. In allegato la nostra esperienza.

11/05/2025: We came here for my dad's 68th birthday. We had a very, very good time! Ate very well, very homely and traditional Piedmontese cuisine: starter of various cured meats, tagliatelle with meat sauce, main course based on chicken and pork. We felt like 'at home'. I give 4 stars to the rooms because I wasn't able to try them but 5 stars for the service you deserve. Until next time!!!

16/03/2025: Nice place, nice staff. Healthy salads, but too few. A portion of dumplings (2) with fondue which was also too small for the price. Too expensive for the amount of food offered although good.

13/03/2025: Food: particular, good, authentic. It is interesting to present the hamburgers with tomino in addition to or instead of meat. It's a shame that the menu, which was also very nice, featured sheep and goat tomini which were actually not available because they were no longer processed. Location: even in this particular case, it's a shame about the lack of ventilation which doesn't empty the place of the smell of cheese. Service: we are not there. I've been twice and, apart from the lack of friendliness of the ladies, they are not very skilled at the checkout. The first time I waited twenty minutes, the second ten. Good price. I will raise it to 4 stars when I find the desired improvements. The potential is there. Luckily lactosolution, which makes me digest the lactose in tomino!

29/04/2025: Cena di capodanno perfetta. Abbiamo deciso di fare una cosa "fuori dal normale" per noi ed andare a cena la sera di capodanno, ma nel nostro ristorante del cuore. È stato tutto perfetto. Cibo ottimo, saporito, abbinamenti particolari ed azzeccati, una garanzia.

20/04/2025: A fantastic place to dine! If there were more stars i wouldn’t hesitate to give them all the stars of the sky! Excellent service, excellent food, amazing people! I found the place by accident, walking on the beautiful streets of Alba.The owner is an old timer with a very good real Italian style that reminds me of the good Fellini movies, it’s the guy you want to be your friend, the head waiter is a very good looking guy with a great personality, good English and he loves his important job that if you are a person that appreciates the service that you can get when you want to have a good time.This restaurant comes out of another reality that we have forgotten.The people that they enjoy to do the job right, the people that make your time and your money worth! Giuseppe very well knows how to make you feel good and he will please you! Don’t miss it, go there, you are going to have a great time with great food and most important GREAT PEOPLE!

08/06/2025: I'm sorry to leave a comment that isn't entirely positive, also because I usually only write favorable reviews. We came to this restaurant attracted by the excellent reviews we read online, but unfortunately our experience did not meet our expectations. The menu seemed rather limited to us and, although some dishes were good, overall we did not experience the pleasure we were hoping for. The bill seemed a bit high compared to what we consumed. That said, I would still like to highlight some positive aspects: the place is very clean, the service is courteous and the bread was really good.

02/06/2025: The place itself is touristy, so you'll pay a bit less for comparable food elsewhere. But if you're looking for a restaurant in this town, this is a good place to go. The service is very attentive.

05/06/2025: J'étais avec 7 amis golfeurs pour une semaine dans le Piémont. Un jour sans golf nous a permis de parcourir la région d'Alba. Nous avons déjeuné dans ce Restaurant. Excellente découverte par Tripadvisor et d'autres guides. Accueil chaleureux, très bonne Table, une carte des vins remarquable, un service excellent. Spécialités régionales. Cette adresse mérite les bons ratings. A recommander.

22/05/2025: Una bella location direttamente nel centro del paese di Monforte d’alba, il suo allestimento molto particolare ed elegante e la sua piccola terrazza, che affaccia sulle vigne. Il suo servizio è molto curato tutti molto preparati, la cucina buona e non scontata. Ci siamo trovati bene.

04/06/2025: Locale ubicato in vicinanza del casello autostradale,ambiente vasto con arredamento rustico,molti camerieri che garantiscono un servizio veloce. Il locale a pranzo fa anche il menu lavoro mi pare a €14,anche per questo motivo c'è una grande affluenza. Ho scelto di pranzare alla carta,scegliendo come primo maccheroncini al torchio con ragu' di vitello,pasta con cottura corretta ma il ragu' era piuttosto salato. Come secondo una tagliata di manzo con contorno di patatine fritte,discreta. Rapporto qualita'/prezzo nella media della zona,mi aspettavo che il contorno fosse compreso nel prezzo del secondo,invece era a parte a €4. Giudizio complessivo discreto.
