15/06/2026: 5 stars to the 5 senses.
My partner and I adored discovering re-inventions of Piedmont cuisine with a Japanese twist. It was all made with care and from excellent local ingredients.
Highlights for me were a “tartare” made of watermelon, the veal dishes and the nociolla panacotta.
Service was very friendly and attentive. Our waiter was also a sommelier and took us through different local wines, which really sealed the experience.
I found the cost to be very reasonable considering the quality of the food.
Vibe is very charming. It was a quiet evening, nobody except us, so I’d love to see this restaurant more full, but perhaps that’s because it was a Sunday.
11/06/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I 5 Sensi Restaurant Review – Cuneo
After a Board of Directors meeting, one of the partners invited us to dinner for a convivial moment at a restaurant he knew well. I accepted, expecting a quick dinner, but the evening took a completely different turn.
From the beginning, we were won over by the professionalism and friendliness of the wait staff. The waiter, with great expertise, was able to recommend and describe the dishes in such an engaging and refined way that we always wanted to try more.
Between one course and the next, accompanied by an excellent wine, the dinner became a pleasant and long conversation among friends. The meat dishes we chose were truly excellent, prepared with care and using quality ingredients. And what about the desserts? We tried three different ones, each better than the last: true delicacies that ended the evening in the best possible way.
An experience that was supposed to be a simple dinner turned into a wonderful evening of flavor, conviviality, and good drinks.
Compliments to all the staff. Highly recommended.
