27/05/2026: A good, typical Piedmontese trattoria in the heart of the Langhe with a splendid view of the Alps. On holidays, at least, the a la carte menu is missing, replaced by a full menu including wine and water. Quick and efficient service, a retro atmosphere, but clean and tidy spaces. The only flaw in our dining room was the excessive noise, which almost prevented us from talking, but there is another dining room and a covered terrace that are definitely more comfortable.

04/05/2026: The appetizers were stellar: sometimes as delicate as a feather, sometimes punchy and massive. The homemade truffle pasta was also excellent. Among the main courses, the baked plum with roast beef was delicious. Even the dessert, composed of various elements, was a wonderful surprise at the end. But perhaps the best part was stepping into a time capsule that witnessed the history of Italy pass before us, from plate to plate, from father to son.
