Il taglio di carne che ci hanno proposto era eccessivamente difficile da masticare e poco saporito, forse perché non abbastanza fresco.
13/06/2025: Il posto è incantevole, appena lo si intravede arrivando spicca la cura già dall'esterno. Il verde sembra prato inglese nonostante siamo in montagna.
Il locale particolare, originale senza essere eccessivo. La padrona di casa premurosa attenta e gentile, la carne eccezionale.
Da molto tempo desideravo provare questo posto, lo consiglio come una VERA COCCOLA!
Carne eccezionale, fantastica la scelta dei dolci, ottimi i vini.

08/07/2025: We must have come the night when a drunk toddler was running the kitchen because this was THE WORST MEAL WE HAVE EVER HAD. We started with a hommous that was unseasoned and tasteless, but at least was edible. Then came the "risotto". It was liquid, tasteless and the grain was so overcooked you couldn't even tell it was rice that you were eating. We sent it back and decided to end our dinner right then. They obviously charged us for the "risotto". Never in 36 years of eating in Italy I have had a meal so inedible.
06/06/2025: Excellent cuisine, very kind staff and welcoming atmosphere. Everything is very well cared for in details (the plates and wooden cutlery rests are beautiful!). Highly recommended!

24/05/2025: I recommend!!! We had a great time, large parking lot, inside we find a very simple retro decor, the food was excellent from the first to the last course, well cared for, perfect cooking very good the wine list highly recommended. Nice and kind owners make you feel at ease.
01/05/2025: Wide choice of dishes, between the tasting menu and the menu. Polite and friendly staff, spacious and not noisy environment, furnished in an original way. Price appropriate to the quality and quantity of the dishes, packaged with selected and non-trivial ingredients.

05/07/2025: You will not regret staying here! Sooo underrated. Will definitely come back here! Loved every second here. Also do atleast one dinner here and book massages at the spa. Very relaxing and peaceful here!
26/06/2025: Fascinating structure (castle) but it is evident that it is dated, it would need more maintenance, from the dirty pool as a structure, to the cleanliness of the room, full of dust and cobwebs, passing by the restaurant, neither good nor bad with exaggeratedly high prices for the proposal offered. Paid for the name and not for the service.

Tasty and varied food, in my case I made small changes to make the dish vegetarian and they immediately satisfied me.
We will definitely be back!
12/06/2025: Simple place, close to the departure point for going to the ski slopes, I was there in the summer, the food is good, it's clean, the sweet crepes are fantastic!!!!!!

05/08/2025: Excellent food, excellent quality and selection, typical local menu, excellent service for a trattoria.
27/07/2025: We chose to eat here during a trip for the Piedmontese menu. Greeted with a smile by the wait staff, we sat under the portico. The service was prompt and the food was truly delicious. The Fassona tartare and the vegetable flan with Castelmagno cheese were excellent. The tagliatelle with mushrooms are also recommended.
A good bunet and coffee to finish.
We'll definitely be back.

26/07/2025: Dit is echt een verborgen pareltje.
Een zeer vriendelijke en hartelijke ontvangst door de gastheer met goed advies over de wijnkaart.
De gerechten waren eenvoudig, maar héérlijk zoals het hoort in Piemonte.
Midden in de natuur gelegen, in een prachtige en zeer goed onderhouden tuin.
Een aanrader!

06/07/2025: Nice place with air conditioning, kind and friendly staff, there were 4 of us, the fried calamari was excellent and plentiful, the fish trio was excellent, the pizzas were really good. Fast service. Everything was almost perfect. I wrote almost because, personally, the table for 4 was a bit small. Nothing else.

21/07/2025: Siamo stati in questo rifugio domenica a pranzo, il locale è accogliente e gode di una bella vista sul Vallone dell' Arma lato Demonte. Il personale è gentile ed il cibo gustoso! Consigliato!!!!! Si raggiunge in auto quindi anche chi non è appassionato di camminate in montagna può accedervi.
19/07/2025: Extremely friendly staff, breathtaking views, excellent food. (The mushroom pasta was delicious, the polenta and the charcuterie and cheese platter were equally delicious, and the shortcrust pastry with the unforgettable plum jam.) My compliments to the chef/owner and his staff. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back.
