As soon as I discovered it, via advertising signs, I wanted to try it because I love meatballs "in every way." We went as a couple one evening; the place is cute, informal, welcoming, and not very large. The service is equally welcoming and attentive. We tried a tasting of 8 mixed meatballs with Parmesan sauce and French fries. Initially, I found the combination a bit dry—that is, the combination of meatballs, cheese sauce, and potatoes was a bit too bland—but the meatballs were really good, and most importantly, they were tender. The menu, however, offers dishes with a variety of toppings, so you just have to try the rest. The tiramisu, shaped like a meatball and filled with chocolate wafer, was delicious.
Four stars because it has potential, the meatballs are good, the welcome is good, and as I said, you have to try the rest. So, it's worth another visit, and who knows, maybe more will follow.
Definitely recommended.

We tried this restaurant because of the unique menu, everything in the shape of a meatball!
Exquisite food, delicate and generous dishes, all in a very refined, colorful, and cheerful setting, even if a little small.
Compliments to the staff; when we return to Cuneo, it will be a must to stop by again to try more meatballs! 😋😋

How it's possible to eat so well in such an intimate and welcoming, yet informal, place in the heart of the historic center, at such a fair price, remains a mystery to us! Highly recommended, and we'll be back!

A small, intimate restaurant in the historic center of Cuneo; the menu features dishes primarily based on meatballs (as the restaurant's name clearly indicates, "mac and bale" = only meatballs). The ingredients used are of good quality, and there are vegetarian options.
The prices are definitely reasonable for the quality of the food. The staff is friendly and courteous, and the portions are generous. Definitely worth a stop for lunch or dinner in the beautiful historic center. Highly recommended.

I went with a friend. It's a very small and charming place. The food is spectacular and the portions are generous. You can taste the quality of the ingredients, and each meatball is different from the others in taste and design.
I've read in other reviews that the meatballs aren't very hot; ours were just the right temperature to dip into the hot fondue without risking burning yourself. In short, it's a rational choice.
Unfortunately, we were very full and didn't have the pleasure of trying the desserts. A good excuse to return.
The staff was above-average kindness and courtesy.
