27/04/2026: A stopover with a wonderful dinner. We were welcomed like royalty and treated like emperors. Such lovely owners, truly wonderful hosts. The rooms are simple and very clean; if the hotel is full, it might be a bit noisy. However, it's ideal for a short stay. The Ligurian rabbit dish was particularly memorable. The professional wine recommendation was also excellent. We'll be dreaming about the crostata for breakfast for a long time.
30/03/2026: 200 years of tradition are immediately evident, starting with the impeccable and elegant service. The dining room, furnished with works of art and decorated in soft, soothing colors, welcomes guests with a pleasant sense of tranquility. The wine list features an enviable selection of Barbarescos and offers from outside Piedmont to suit every taste. Traditional dishes made with quality ingredients guarantee a satisfying meal and will inspire a desire to return soon to this small, off-the-beaten-path town.

03/05/2026: Sunday family lunch. The typical Piedmontese tasting menu for €45 is excellent and plentiful, with the option of seconds for each course. The homemade agnolotti with roast beef sauce are exquisite. The Piedmontese-style fried food, sweet and savory, is varied and light. Excellent value for money. Recommended, and we'll definitely be back.
19/04/2026: I had lunch with my wife on Sunday with a tasting menu. Everything was delicious and the organization was perfect, even when the place was full.
