Alen Bar In Casale monferrato

As a daughter of the sea, I crave fish no matter where I travel for work. Excellent ingredients only need the simplest cooking methods, and this shrimp was a perfect fit for me; it even tasted like shrimp! The fish was cooked to perfection, neither too overcooked nor undercooked, and it showed the Maillard reaction. For dessert, I ordered something like pudding, which was also delicious! The owner and the other staff were very friendly, even though we could only communicate through sign language.

What a welcome, hospitality as it should be, and a culinary highlight to boot. We are thrilled! A heartfelt thank you to the entire team, and we would gladly give you at least 10 stars...

A truly delightful surprise in Casale Monferrato! Excellent fish in large quantities. Undeniable value for money. The table linens are also beautiful, a rarity these days. Also suitable for stylish business lunches, if you want to make a good impression. The extremely kind and attentive owner was able to resolve even a small issue in an exceptional manner. I recommend it, the food is good and the service is ok

The service was good, the owner was very helpful, and the selection of seafood appetizers fully met our expectations. The first courses were also plentiful, but we were so full we never managed to get to the second courses.
