27/08/2025: The dough is very good... the ingredients on top of the pizza are a bit sparse and of "normal" quality. The Capricciosa has traces of cooked... As for the drink, I ordered a Spritz, and for €7 it came in half a glass with barely two ice cubes. I pointed this out to the waiter, who added an extra ice cube. The result? A poor and warm Spritz.

Congratulations also to Alberto, your little big helper! I will keep you in my heart, also because it will be difficult to see me again. I'm getting married in May 2025. Certainly not with my date from yesterday! And I'm moving to Rivoli... Well, he has a restaurant, so we'll be working on August 15th. But you never know. 02/09/2025: I stopped by chance at this lovely place in Santhià... the staff is very courteous and cheerful. There's a lot of choice. The pastry and coffee I had were excellent. The service was fast and attentive. There were people around me having lunch, and I must say the dishes looked truly inviting. I highly recommend it. I'll be back.

03/08/2025: Had dinner with family a few days ago... in my house, some people like it cooked, some want it raw, but here everyone is satisfied! Quality food, as are the wines. I was hesitant about the tasting menu too, but ultimately, it takes the guesswork out of choosing and allows you to try dishes you wouldn't have tried otherwise... friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere... recommended.

28/08/2025: The experience wasn't bad; the quality was certainly good, but the prices were in line with those of central Milan, not a small town in the Ossola Valley far from the main tourist routes. Honestly, in my opinion, it was too expensive. Other than that, everything was positive, and I would have given it a much higher rating.

17/08/2025: Unfortunately, my tagliata with arugula and parmesan hadn't been cooked to order, but reheated. My friend had it remade, and the difference between the two confirmed it. With the asking price and the quality they claim, you'd expect at least fairness.
