01/11/2025: A terrible experience, even on the phone. We called to ask for lunch at 2 PM, and the answer was extremely rude and impolite, even raising her voice, saying she "wouldn't feed us" at that hour.
Such an arrogant and unpleasant attitude completely discourages us from even trying the place. Naturally, after a response like that, we decided not to go at all. Just one phone call is enough to understand that the hospitality here is not typical.
26/10/2025: Trattoria with welcoming staff. In addition to pizza served in the evening, the à la carte menu includes a selection of well-interpreted traditional dishes.

The ingredients are high-quality; perhaps not all sandwiches are well-balanced, and some ingredients overwhelm the flavor of the rest, but that certainly doesn't detract from the deliciousness. Wide selection, and a sociable place, given the atmosphere and music events. Given how popular it is, parking outside is hard to find.

There's a pool where you can sunbathe and swim. The restaurant offers excellent food and a varied menu.
The rooms are very clean and offer a wonderful view of the vineyards.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a truly relaxing weekend accompanied by good wine and delicious food.

29/09/2025: A beautiful evening overlooking the Royal Palace...the service was adequate for the location, perhaps a little slow, but that's not necessarily a flaw...it's just a personal consideration.
The wait staff, always helpful and friendly, were very attentive to our individual needs, especially regarding some intolerances.
Excellent wine...
A place to consider, especially in the summer, thanks to the splendid outdoor terrace overlooking the Royal Palace.

26/09/2025: My wife and I recently dined at this beautiful restaurant along Lake Maggiore in Arona and were blown away by the hospitality and courtesy of the staff, the quality of the fish served, and the freshness and attention to detail of the dishes. We opted for the tasting menu and it was a fantastic experience. Delicate flavors, incredibly fresh fish paired with delicious herbs and sauces. I couldn't believe I'd eat such delicious seafood near a lake in Piedmont. Excellent value for money. We highly recommend it.
