16/05/2026: Found by chance, it was a wonderful surprise. Very beautiful, quiet, and well-kept atmosphere. The lady in the dining room was very kind and always smiling. Excellent food, traditional Piedmontese, especially the homemade pasta...the ravioli del plin and the Russian salad. 🔝 We'll definitely be back. Thank you.

02/05/2026: Whenever we can, we always head up the Lanzo Valleys, heading for Chialamberto. But by chance, due to a traffic diversion, we passed through Pessinetto Fuori... and suddenly, a little gem appears in the Piazzetta. A delicious breakfast in a quaint and well-kept setting. Much better than some breakfasts enjoyed under the Colosseum. Top!

02/05/2026: A fried poached egg, served on a bed of green peas and with a corn salad: the egg was delicious, crispy on the outside, and the yolk was runny. Unfortunately, the rosemary described in the menu wasn't noticeable. The vitello tonnato – well-cooked veal. A tasty tuna sauce. The Fasana beef entrecote – medium rare. Delicious. Served with baked potatoes, which were also excellent. The breaded, fried guinea fowl breast was served on a bed of caramelized onions with fresh sweet and sour cabbage. The breast was dry, failing to bring out the guinea fowl flavor. The cabbage lacked creaminess. The thyme described in the menu was imperceptible. Overall, the food was good, but I expected something more, especially since it's not a budget restaurant and has a Michelin designation. Fast, efficient service. Well-chosen wine.

05/01/2026: The pizza, besides arriving on time and piping hot, was truly delicious, better than I've had in a long time, and I think it's the best takeout I've had in Novara. We celebrated my son's birthday, and of the nine pizzas we ordered, only the boxes remained! I thought it was right to point this out because it's only right to give credit where credit is due. 07/06/2026: Google Maps led me to the top of a hill, from where I rode down a steep rock garden descent over the mountain ridges to this immensely tranquil restaurant Airbnb. The hosts are particularly friendly and even provided me with dinner and delicious local wine late in the evening. The view is breathtaking; I spent two nights there in complete peace. It was the first place where I felt completely at home on my first solo motorcycle trip.

24/05/2026: A pleasant discovery along the Oropa trail! We booked in advance and chose the set menu (upon arrival): simple but well-prepared cuisine, with appetizers, a first course, and an optional second course, including dessert. The dining room is beautifully decorated, and this time there was even an exhibition. The staff was kind and attentive; I can only say...I'll be back!

18/04/2026: This is the first time in my life I've left a one-star review. Let me start by saying that I appreciate kindness: I often say thank you and always try to be helpful to others. Last night, around 9-9:30 PM, I called this restaurant to make a reservation for Sunday lunch. They told me, in a rude tone, that they were still serving and couldn't give me any information, and asked me to call back today from 3 PM onward. At 3:30 PM, I called back and, making the same request, was rudely told that the person was out with their dog for his hour of free time, as if I were disturbing them (again). I was told to call back in an hour. At that point, I offered to have them call me back, so as not to disturb them, but the answer was a firm "no," in a tone that made it clear how inappropriate my request was. So far, I've been left without an answer: I don't know if we could have lunch there tomorrow, nor whether I should look for another place, especially if I'm afraid of disturbing them again. I've always worked with the public, and I believe that, while there's good manners and respect, they should be reciprocated. I understand the busy schedules, but taking reservations is part of the job. Alternatively, it would be helpful to clearly indicate the time slots during which you can call. Obviously, I won't call back: I've already booked elsewhere, where they responded with helpfulness and politeness. Have a nice day.

What I appreciated most was the genuine interest they both showed in my experience as a guest. Their willingness to engage, answer questions, and share their passion for food and wine made the evening feel personal and unforgettable. Unforgettable truly lives up to its name, not only because of the outstanding cuisine, but also because of the exceptional people who create such a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Turin and looking for a dining experience that goes far beyond the food itself.

16/05/2026: We had lunch for my birthday, and it was a truly unforgettable experience. The courses were each better than the last, both in terms of quality and innovation. The experience is surprising and fun. There's no wait staff; you're served directly by the chefs and sommelier, all young, kind, professional, and friendly. I had high expectations, and they were exceeded. We'll definitely be back!
