Always a confirmation
This place is truly a great place; the atmosphere makes you feel at home. The farinata is excellent, and the pizza never disappoints: light, fragrant, and full of flavor. The ancient grain dough was a real discovery, and you can taste the quality of the ingredients.

I stumbled upon it by chance while looking for a pizzeria with wheat-free dough. I called and was reassured, so I went. I was very satisfied, and the owner explained everything she could about the ancient grains they use and reassured me about all my intolerances. I told my doctor, who approved with flying colors. The pizza is excellent, the atmosphere is friendly, and the service is superb. Highly recommended! I've been back.

The best pizza and farinata I've ever eaten! A truly exquisite pizza, just the right amount of thin crust, excellent dough made with various types of dough, naturally leavened for a long time, excellent ingredients, and a generous amount of the perfect thickness. The farinata is idyllic: crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, so soft it melts in your mouth.
A true delight for the palate.
The beer here is also excellent.
I say it without hesitation: if you've never been here, you're missing out!

The best farinata I've ever eaten, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, incredibly light and incredibly tasty. I regretted only ordering one portion (I'll make up for it next time). The pizza has a super-digestible dough, and you can immediately taste the top-quality ingredients in both the dough and the toppings. For a treat, we also tried one of their desserts, the lemon and strawberry tartlet. Needless to say, it was truly delicious. I absolutely recommend this place; we'll be back soon.
