What we ordered: open raviolo with scallops and courgette flowers, with lemon and black garlic sauce, spaghetti with red shrimp absolute, intense bisque, seared shrimp and fresh basil, asparagus ravioli with butter, roast sauce, crispy bacon and balsamic vinegar, eggplant and yellowfin tuna parmiggiana with almond cream and sesame dressing. I won't describe in detail my impressions of each dish, as I would have to repeat the exact same thing for each one. Each was top-notch. A true feast for the palate. The yellowfin tuna deserves special mention, both for the quality of the fish used and the perfect way it was cooked to perfection. The scallop ravioli was similar. The sauce made from the heads and shells of the red shrimp was very intense – it made a truly impressive impression. The asparagus ravioli was heavenly light. The service was excellent, demonstrating sensitivity and class. The wine was perfectly matched. Fair price-quality ratio.

I organized a business lunch at this restaurant, nestled in one of the most beautiful locations in Piedmont, with an extraordinarily beautiful and evocative view of the island of San Giulio on Lake Orta. We enjoyed excellent food, beautifully prepared and presented, with fresh, seasonal ingredients. The staff was very courteous.

A truly lovely place. It's best to book because there aren't many seats and there are many tourists. It's not your typical tourist spot; the quality is very good. A lovely restaurant with a charming lake view.
