09/04/2026: It was a sunny day, perfect for a lunch in excellent company in a quiet spot by the sea. The welcome was nothing to complain about; EnzaMaria's kindness and warm smile truly made you want to stay and eat. Although it was a bit confusing, they quickly found us a table for two, already cleaned and set. We didn't miss the opportunity to order pizza for lunch, an excellent arugula and a delicious busiate pasta dish, with a pistachio and shrimp cream, served with a gin and tonic and a glass of sparkling wine. It was a spectacular lunch; the pizza was soft and well-seasoned, while the busiate dish was overflowing with cream and pasta—it's not your typical small portion! Exceptional service; the waitress who looked after us seemed well-versed in both the menu and the wines, and she recommended the best, patiently and kindly. The bill was well-deserved for the quality and service. We'll definitely be back for a relaxing lunch under the sun!

19/03/2026: I ate here for lunch today, celebrating our wedding vows with my partner. We started with the appetizer: delicious and flavorful mussels, fresh and well-cleaned, and the octopus was incredibly tender. For the first course, we relied on the advice of the waiter, who was smiling, kind, and polite, able to offer advice and be present without being intrusive. We chose tagliatelle with octopus ragù and tagliolini alla pescatora. Honestly... I would have been disappointed with the sauce 😍 And to finish, a plate of fried calamari and shrimp, perhaps one of the best meals I've ever had, crispy but not greasy or rubbery, a true delight for the palate. Lastly, the price was also very fair. We're very happy to have discovered this gem in Monterotondo. We'll definitely be back.

24/03/2026: A very special atmosphere. The dishes are all special. Each dish is served with a special, different one from the other. Everything is very good. I'm curious what it looks like from the outside. I only know the inside, which is truly beautiful. The day I was there, it was pouring with rain. But the evening was still a success!

01/03/2026: We spent a pleasant evening at Enoteca Butticè, in the heart of Palermo. The restaurant offers impeccably prepared traditional Sicilian dishes, with a modern twist that still preserves the flavors of yesteryear. Each course strikes the perfect balance between innovation and respect for traditional cuisine, offering an authentic yet contemporary experience. The quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail in the presentation of the dishes are truly remarkable. You can sense the desire to enhance historic recipes while preserving their soul, but with contemporary technique and sensibility. The real strength is undoubtedly the extensive selection of wines and spirits, including international ones: a wide and refined menu, capable of satisfying both enthusiasts and those simply looking for the perfect accompaniment to dinner. The only downside is the noise: at a certain point during the evening, it became too crowded. Sitting inside near the register, we were a bit overwhelmed by the constant bustle of waiters coming out of the kitchen and people arriving and leaving. Overall, however, an address worth a visit, especially for those who love Sicilian tradition accompanied by an excellent selection of wines.

21/03/2026: Very attentive service. Refined atmosphere. Very good food. We had a 1.2 kg sea bass, very fresh and cooked to perfection. Delicious spaghetti with clams. Reasonable prices.

Here I found true professionalism, uncompromising quality, and impeccable service. The guys called me "king" (youth slang), but today they deserve the crown. 11/04/2026: I celebrated my 50th birthday and everything was fantastic...the staff were professional and incredibly kind, and the food was delicious. We had the Piedmontese menu: the veal with tuna sauce was amazing, the agnolotti with roast beef sauce was amazing, and the stew with puree melted in your mouth...someone had the vegetarian menu and that was also delicious. Finally, the desserts were excellent...all excellent. Congratulations, we'll definitely be back!

The pasta was way too salty, the foccacia as well. We also had stuffed artichokes ( terrible). and fried parmigiana. Overall, the quality of the food was very low. We didn't eat anything that we could say that is was delicious Very good local wine. Overrated restaurant. Nice friendly people .
